Yes, it will work because I have one in my car. It won't always go off when the door is opened, but it will go off if there is any movement inside the car. If a window is shattered, the alarm will most likely sound. It's extremely loud, and it'll undoubtedly attract attention and deter any would-be intruders. Take on the role of the thief. I wouldn't put it under the seat because the sound will be muffled. To improve the sound of the alarm, place it on or under the dash where it won't be seen. Check to see if it's fastened properly.
You're ready to go now that you've installed the batteries and tested the system. It will be paired at all times.br> br>I've done it a few times before.
Hello, I'm sorry, but the bell cannot be customized. There are six different bell sounds available. br>br>If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.br>Mengshen

(See my video) You can lower the sensitivity level; there are options ranging from 1-100. Sensitivity gets a 7 out of 10. I was also relieved to discover how consistent the alarm was. I set it off 10 times, then "wiggled" and bumped the scooter, and the alarm went off each time. br> This alarm will give me peace of mind if I leave my scooter unattended, such as on a sidewalk outside a shop or store where I can't enter while riding it. I used to have to keep an eye out for the scooter because I was afraid it would be stolen. (It is under 50 pounds. ) ) The only drawback is that the zip ties included are "brittle," and one of them broke when I tightened it, so I used better quality zip ties from my garage. br>br>It's so nice to come across a product that "does what it says it does. " "Especially because it's cheap and made in China. ".
I wouldn't use it as a permanent alarm system. Very low cost. First and foremost. br>The directions are in Chinese and have been translated into English, which is horrible. Hold the unlock button until the led button turns off and on again if you want to change the sensitivity level. Noises are going to be heard. Those are to be ignored. br>Adjust the sensitivity with the lock button when the light comes back on. The sensitivity decreases as the pitch rises. It's important to pay attention to the PITCH rather than the SOUND. It took me some time to figure out that the settings range from high to low. There is no range from low to high. br>It does appear to be fairly inexpensive, and I have a feeling it will stop working in this location fairly quickly. Furthermore, the screwdriver that comes with it to access the alarm's battery is ineffective. The screw is no longer functional. I'll return it when it's nearing the end of its life because I can't get the back off to save my life. br>br>In my opinion. I'd come up with a better solution. This will suffice as a temporary fix until then; it reacts to my attempts to open my car door. Light knocks around the lock core elicit a response. When I open the vehicle door, it responds. br>br>However, it isn't always a perfect 10/10. It catch it about 60% of the time.
When I parked a Penske moving truck overnight, I used these to keep it secure. I'd put one of these in each of the truck's doors. You install it, close and lock it, and then use the remote to arm the alarm from the outside. I left it on the highest setting (default). The alarm would be activated by simply touching the door handle on the truck's outside. The alarm doesn't go off right away; instead, it plays a warning tone to let you know it's listening in. The alarm will sound if you continue on your current path. br>br>However, it isn't loud enough to wake you up in your hotel room, but I hoped it would be loud enough to scare away intruders. Now, since I never heard it go off and our truck wasn't broken into, I'm not sure if the alarm actually worked and scared someone away, or if no one tried to break in in the first place. br>br>Overall, these alarms were just one part of the security measures I put in place for the truck, and they provided me with some additional peace of mind at night.
It must be used outside of whatever it is protecting, without being enclosed. When it's touched, it makes a lot of noise. If you like to leave your laptop on the table when you visit the barista for a refill, stick one on it. When you park your bike outside by the door, attach one to it. When the item is touched, it emits a brief beep, and when it is touched again, it emits a continuous beep. With the help of a remote, you can turn it on and off. It simply makes a racket, and you must be present to hear it and respond to the commotion. It's somewhat functional for the money. You're out of luck if your item is carried away while bleating its head off at 120 DbA. If you install a lojack on it as well, in a non-obvious location, you may be able to track it down and retrieve it if the thief stops looking for alarm components after removing the noisy one.
3-way remote control control of the sensitivity To keep a two-wheeled tow behind trailer safe from theft, I installed an alarm inside it. When I am adding to it or getting ready to tow it, I turn off the alarm. Otherwise, the alarm is set to sound only if the trailer is hitched to a vehicle or jostled around by hand. br>If a local bear or raccoon moves it around enough, the alarm will sound, and I can remotely disable and reset it once the animals have left. In my opinion, this is an excellent item.
I didn't expect it to be as loud as it was. Changing settings is fairly simple. Only one way communication exists between the remote and the alarm. The alarm is not triggered and the remote is not notified. You must be within hearing distance of the other person. For the decibel output, it's quite small.
I was only in there for about 15 minutes and when I came out, my bike had vanished and was chained to a pole. I'm not sure how the lock wasn't cut, but this would have greatly aided the situation. I'm still learning how to operate the SOS alarm. I suppose it's in case you crash or require assistance. However, it sends out morse code, which is audible. Thank you for a great product. All I need now is a xena Bluetooth disk lock to secure all of my motorcycles.
It effectively deters me because I frequently forget I'm carrying it. The battery life is excellent, and it could be used as a horn, but that would be extremely inconvenient. Mine has been mounted under the back rack and exposed to the elements for nearly a year with no issues. I wouldn't recommend losing the remote because a replacement I bought didn't work out for me.
