It would be possible to do this with the system I had in my camper. Power Max is working great for me after installing it just now. It was impossible to keep my batteries charged with the electrical system that I had in my camper. It took about a half hour for the batteries to reach their full charge, and they remain at that level for approximately half an hour. There are 6 volts in the lamp. My experience with the unit has been positive so far.
