It's happened to me occasionally over the years that I've gotten lax about upgrading and replacing plugs in RV hookups. But recently I noticed that some of my plugs were overheating when used. A new pair of shoes was in order. To ensure that I always have a spare set of cables, I now carry an extra set of main cords, an extension cord, and a set This is a great set of plugs. I have yet to see one.
Matched set is nice, it makes it easy to create custom extension cords. I used heavy wire (#6) so it was a tight fit, but the assembly went smoothly with a little care. My generator needed a custom length cord, so I bought these. I am happy with it and think it is.
