This style is a round bayonet. There are 1156 and 1157 for the reverse and stop/tail lights, but I'm not sure which brand they are.

The bulb on my lamp had two filaments. You need three of them one for the stop, one for the turn, and one for the taillight. Other than that, back-up lights were also important. The unit had 4 wires, plus the ground for an overall length of 3 wires

During the recent maintenance on my 1995 Komfort travel trailer, I replaced both of its tail lights. The original plastic plate tabs on the passenger side were bad and I needed to replace these with another model without plate tabs. The old ones were original and in poor condition. The only instructions are no instructions to be found but once I found out how to instal these, the process was very straightforward. Following a storm that caused serious damage to our camper, we now have safe, bright, shiny new light covers. While the company did get the books to us a few days later than the usual Prime 2 days, considering the effects and restrictions of Covid19, they did a great job.
