It is only 14 gauge, but it is a good sized cord. At first glance, it looks more like 12 gauge than 14 There is only a 15 amp rating on it.
No, the outlets are in different locations for the 30 amp 125v. You need an adaptor for 125v 30 amp to 125v 15 amp to use this cord
Although I am not sure that this gauge cord will be sufficient, I do not recommend buying a cord manufactured This is inferior to what we have now.
I wouldn't worry too much as long as you don't sit Despite the fact that I have been hooked up to my trailer with this cord all summer, it has not caused any problem.

This is a solid piece of work. That's our job! There were also several other cords I bought for a project where my intent was to hide the cords in vinyl siding I think it fits pretty well. This baby is a champ The cord was so long that it was almost impossible to hide it. There were no problems with the product. It would be great if Amazon ads provided more accurate product specifications. Please tap the "helpful" button if you found this rating helpful. Even the 15 amp version is a solid extension cord. 14 gauge wiring rather than 16 gauges, so you can really push the limits. While you pay more, and it's thick, you can really tell the difference, but it's a useful thing to have if you need a lot of power, or if you just want to use it. It's surprising how hard it is to find them If you're near the margin, an extension cord rated for 13 amps won't do very much good, and your circuit breakers are probably rated for 15, so maybe that's not the best idea.
I had a hard time inserting other plugs into the cord after only a few days. It was as though there was something inside the cord that was broken. In order to open the slotted area of the plug, you needed to insert a small slotted screw driver. While it did not locate any obstructions, it did temporarily help. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of this extension cord. It is still difficult to plug anything into it.
However, my only issue with it is using this with an outdoor water proof cover for a GFCI, the bulkiness of the prong itself is too big for the cover to completely close.

This cord is so thick that it probably needs to be used for semi-trucks Use on a permanent basis. It is not a lightweight cord, but the manufacturer says it is capable of handling The majority of extension cords are designed to handle 13 amps or less. When it comes to moving it, this is perfect if you don't want to move it often!.
I picked up an amazing deal, but its price appears to have doubled since I purchased it, too bad I was planning to buy.
