I believe that the plug type of this adapter cord is NEMA 5 Both 15P and 14 are available This can only be used for generator inlets 20A to 50A in the 50R style.
A 30 amp (RV) male plug leads to a 50 amp female plug to fit 50 amp RVs
In fact, X and Y on the 50A side of the fuse are internally bridged to hot on the 15A side of the fuse

Outdoor use of the product is clearly depicted in the product images. A main use for this product is to provide an outlet connection outside. There is a warning tag on this product that states that it should only be used indoors! The black cabling and 14-pin connectors have also been found to have gaps A 50 female plug (see picture) is located exactly where water will run if used outdoors when the weather is wet. If grabbed wet, such use has the potential to be deadly. Then, ordering another product that is specifically designated for outdoor use and requesting a refund.

So I bought this awesome adapter so that I could keep power flowing to it at all times. In addition, I purchased a 50 foot extension cord with a gauge of 10 that runs at 15 amps. I plugged this adapter straight into the back of my trailer and it worked beautifully. This is the best purchase I've ever made!.
It does what it's supposed to do. In one piece, the capacitor can supply 20 amps to the household and 50 amps to the motorhome. The dog bone and adapter don't have to be multiple. me 30 amps, so I have no problem storing my motorhome when it's not in use. Unlike many other similar products, this product is far more affordable.
Parking my RV at the storage lot is convenient for me. You can charge the batteries with this lot easier than trying to run the system on a 15 amp source. It is possible to pop the slides out and have the fridge cool before leaving.
I was able to plug the adaptor in The plug on my Tesla 220v charging cord had 110v. I attempted to charge my device using the cord. It didn't work for some reason that the adaptor plug was supposed to be used for this.
A burn mark or other indication that it got hot is not visible.
I've been using it to power our camper off of my small 3500 watt generator and am very pleased with its performance. I highly recommend this product. Great quality at a good price.
