The 3-inch diameter sewer hose that was installed with my 2018 Winnebago Travato leaks and I ordered this to replace it. It leaked after about 8 dumps when it was connected to the 10' hose. In the following months, I purchased the 20' replacement, but my spouse had a total knee replacement surgery, so he did not use it for a few months. The new hose began to leak after the return period ended because we used it after the return period expired. I could really use a 10' replacement Valterra, but I think the 10' would be appropriate. That way, maybe there will be fewer leaks!.
You can read it. Thin material like this is hard to get a good grip on. You cannot stretch it over the connectors they provide without tearing the plastic or causing it to It took me quite a while to finally get it attached to the connector. There were wire rings that were clipped in places, plastic that was stretched, and rings that were torn. The hose was leaking pin holes after I started over a dozen times. My first instinct was to save the connector and throw away the hose. It is worthless.
One of the first ones leaked out of a couple of pin holes when used a second time. In one minute, a huge storm erupted. I ordered a replacement (free), but the second one leaked. It is not worth the money to buy these hoses, because they are very cheap.
The new drain hose worked perfectly, and it arrived in great condition. I bought this to replace our old drain hoses before a cross-country RV trip. In any case I used it only twice after less than a month on the road and noticed that it had several cracks in it. After using it, I cleaned it and stored it safely in a durable bag in the compartment designed I didn't think the quality was great, I would probably order something a little nicer, but this was a good deal.
