Can you tell me how large the fill cap bung is?

One of the fill caps is available This pipe thread cap fits a 1/2 inch female pipe. A strap is attached to the cap for 8" of length.

Can you tell me what size the barbed fittings are?

Barbed fittings with 3/8" pipe thread supplied as standard.

Can you tell me what all the fittings in this kit are for? There is no male threaded one that I am looking for A 1/2" fitting connects the sink drain line to the abs. A 1" fitting connects to the abs pipe. To connect a dr, is it necessary to use a 1/2" slip fitting?

In the case of the small 90's, threads are 3/8 and the other is just a cap and a fill fitting. This is not the drain pipe you need for your sink.

The tank has no sensors (level), but can they be added?

It shouldn't be a problem, as far as I can see, but you'll have to cut a hole in the top and you cannot send it back if it doesn't work

Ensure the holes you need are the right size - the size listed in the instructions was incorrect. Please test fit your holes first.
