I didn't have one in my RV. It is important to be aware that the fittings they provide are NOT 1/2" - they are 3/4" - There are 3/8" on each side. I had to buy the 2-inch T and blue PEX pipe since the rest of the red and blue PEX pipe in my 2014 Thor Four Winds 28Z (Class C) had 1/2-inch red and blue PEX pipe. You need to make sure that there are two 1/2" ends The other end measures 3/8". It kept me from buying new stuff, so I spent most of the day returning stuff. had expected them to have 1/2" hardware for attaching directly to the bracket. In reality, it was not like that. To make the boat go faster, I used sharkbite fittings. A hole was found and cut after about an hour of searching it took an hour to fill it In an hour, install is completed.
A 11"W x 6"H hole is required for mounting
As of now, the hose does not appear to be stiff, and keeps well in the box.
I will send it to you as soon as I

The product is easy to install, but it is of poor It follows that After installing the shower, I tested for leaks by turning on the popups water pump. The shower installation was very easy and included all required hardware. As I turned on the shower with the knobs, I pressed down on the button on the shower head, which should have stopped the water from flowing. That is when I discovered that the quality of this replacement part is not the best. This instead of stopping it reduced it to a constant dribble that came from the showerhead. If you have ever been camping, you know that it is impossible to waste water at all.
It is a good value for its price and overall quality, but the shower head it comes with is a letdown. There is only one setting, and the spray pattern leaves much to be desired both in terms of coverage and pressure. It is dangerous to push the on/off button on the stock shower head because it leaks water. A camco on/off shower head was replaced by my stock shower head and I am SO pleased with You can actually turn off the water when you turn off the camco on/off switch. There are also five different settings on the camco head, and it has a WAY better pressure behind the spray pattern. With the true "blast" setting, you actually get enough pressure to get good results. If we take the following example You do dishes outside, your dog rolled in a dead animal carcass, mud is caked on from a bad mountain bike ride, mud is caked on from your paddleboard / other equipment, you twisted off mud off your gear, These steps have been completed and the shower is now working perfectly. It's highly recommended you install a pump silencing kit as well as an in line pre pressurized pump accumulator if you haven't already. There is nothing better than just being out there and taking a shower in the fresh air. It is absolutely refreshing when camping for an extended period of time. Have a wonderful campout!.
The application installs and runs smoothly. An outdoor shower unit like this one is very nice. I was able to easily mount it to the side of my RV and hook it up with no trouble. The watts Tee's and fittings I used were in conjunction with the There were a few minor alignment issues with my initial layout, which was my own fault. Teflon tape on the shower fittings provided a good seal as well, so make sure you apply that to the connection. It was a great help to find a video, link on the Camping World website about hooking up. It is completely sealed from the outside, so no spiders or insects will crawl inside. In addition to hoses, several other brands fed the hose just above the top, potentially allowing insects to enter. The other nice thing about it is that it uses a standard RV key, a CK 751, so you don't have to carry around extra keys.
I can rely on everything working Everything appears to be in order, and all parts seem to work properly. My previous units lacked a large compartment where the hose would fit. This unit has the bigger compartment, which gives me more freedom to navigate inside. I highly recommend this unit. This was installed in my conversion van camper.
This was purchased for our camper, but we bought a larger camper before installing it and ended up selling the one we had planned to install it on. has now had an outside shower but it was missing a few parts, including the sprayer, so we pulled those parts off of the Dura faucet set and it made a huge difference in the camper, including stopping the leak of the This was a very useful experience for us.
So I could connect to my water supply right under the bathroom sink, as I could fit mine under the sink. I underestimated how rigid the PEX tube is, but the Sharkbite fittings worked just fine. Make sure you plan ahead.
It looked just like the original unit, but there was one catch it was a bit larger and it was a struggle to open up the hole since there is an aluminum frame embedded in the fiberglass sides and that can't be removed easily. As far as quality is concerned, it is ok, nothing to rave about, but that is the case with many of the plumbing and electrical fixtures found in RVs. Considering that it doesn't leak and does its job, I can't complain too much about it. In terms of options for replacing one of the parts in your camper, there aren't many.
This shower unit is replacing the Fontana shower unit I had purchased just one year ago that stopped working. The old unit was taken out, the opening was enlarged by about 1/2 inch all around, and the new one was installed. There are no nasty surprises since all the plumbing is connected immediately. I love the spray pattern on the shower, the controls rotate smoothly and easily, and the shower works well. There are other uses for this as well we have it on a back wall of a small outbuilding at our off-grid property not only for RVs A cabin on the grid. It works great!.
