Questions & Answers
You could connect your pressure washer to gravity flow. The water between the pump and the nozzle is pressurized by the washer, not by the tank. br>You may require a hose that will not flatten due to the suction.
Sides should be braced.
Mine is hung vertically in my room. This model appealed to me because it stated that it could be rotated. It's best to brace the sides and support whichever side you're using as the bottom. It's likely that you'll want to upgrade your lighting. One for runoff in case the tank fills up too quickly, and another to let air in because the tank isn't pressurized.
Tank can be placed on any side.br>Place tank on level surface and brace to keep it from moving during transportation. br>The tank must be properly supported. br>Do not rely on ratchet straps to support the tank; they are too thin. Place no weight on the tank; if you need to stack the tanks, you'll need a weight-bearing shelf between them. Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non-Non When using a pressurized tank, make sure it is vented to allow air in and out.br>Do not use a garden hose to fill the tank directly; instead, use a fill dish or another gravity process.br>Do not over-fill the tank. As damage is likely to occur, tighten the fittings. To avoid damaging the threads, it is recommended that plastic NPT male fittings be used with plastic female NPT fittings. Metal thread fittings can crush the plastic threads. Pipe thread tape is only used sparingly, if at all. Using too much pipe tape will damage the threads. We don't recommend pipe dope because it can't be removed later; if you do use it, make sure it's a food-safe brand.br>br>I'm not using a fill dish in my application. br>br>For gravity feeding, place a larger fitting in the tank, such as a PVC elbow, and allow your hose to rest in it while filling, rather than making a secure connection because this would pressurize the hose. br>br>You'll still need to vent the tank, which can be as simple as installing a fitting and covering it with a screen. Because excess water will exit the vent fitting if the tank is overfilled, it is recommended that the vent fitting overflow be directed to an outside location. br>br>Be sure to cover the vent fitting overflow with a screen to keep anything out of the tank. Don't overdo it. As damage is likely to occur, tighten the fittings.

This was purchased as part of a custom build. Just a little piece of advice. Because it's made of plastic, use caution when screwing connections in. By failing to pay attention to the threads, I came dangerously close to stripping one of my lower openings. If you strip those once, they're bound to leak. Apart from the possibility of a user error, this is exactly what I needed. I've purchased a few other items from Class A Customs through this site, and they've never let me down. Customer service is excellent and shipping is almost as fast as Amazon Prime!.
I like how I can tailor it to my Skoolie.
Good solid tank that fits perfectly under the bed and inside my 2019 Retro 190BH trailer. It was used to replace the original tank, which was mounted under the chassis and exposed to the elements, making it more susceptible to freezing.
I got exactly what I wanted in terms of size. I'm going to put them in the bed of my truck!.
It worked flawlessly with a large number of ports.
