Is there a trailer mounting kit included in the package?

No, you can get some L brackets and mount them where you need them by drilling a hole in each one and securing it with a ratchet strap. Also, at the top of the bladder, attach an air release valve. When you're filling it up, the air will escape this way! When filling it up from the city water value, I attached a small tube and ran it out the side of the toy hauler so I can see it spurt out when it's full, and then used a come along ratchet stamp to secure it.

Is there a way to put the fill nozzle on top of the fill nozzle?

What are the actual height and width dimensions, given that the listing distinguishes between "product dimensions" and "dimensions" as shown below?

The tank I got is 23 1/2 inches long and has a 2 inch long fill spout on one end. It measures 12 1/2 inches in width and 12 inches in height.

The tank appears to be well-made, and the included fittings were a welcome addition (though the smaller hose is far too flimsy to use and is easily crushed)

My main concerns are that the inlet fitting is slightly pointing down, and the bottom outlet fitting is installed too high on the tank, implying that the tank's bottom will never be completely drained - I estimate there will be at least a gallon of water sitting below the fitting line, preventing drainage.

The tubing is very flimsy. The tank is well-made and has threaded connection ports. The clear tubing that came with it was too flimsy to be useful, and the white fill tube was too short to connect to a hose bib for filling.

Other tanks on the market aren't as well-built as this one, but it's still a good investment. It's already been on a long cross-country trip with no problems, and there won't be any in the future. Construction is far superior to anything else we've seen.

Hoses are useless, and the tank emits an unpleasant odor

The hose that comes with it is ineffective and breaks. Your water will have a foul odor due to the table. I'm sure I've rinsed it at least a hundred times.

For use in a camper trailer or a tiny house, this is the ideal holding tank

This water tank, along with a 12 volt water pump and a portable on-demand hot water tank, was purchased for use as a water supply in a tiny house. This tank fit into the designated space perfectly. Is there a tank like this in any camper trailer? I would definitely buy from them again. I appreciate the hardware that was included.
