Please purchase standard stainless steel clamps suitable for a 1-inch diameter hole at your local hardware store. 3\8"hose. It's that easy.
Yes, every few feet or so, the hose has bib less sections that make it easier to hose clamp to a pipe or tank fitting, if that's what you're after. br>Can clamp over ribs, but will likely need to use rtv or other Sim crap to ensure sealing?
1 is on the inside. 3/8"
It doesn't because one of the ends is flat. If you need a full three feet with flat ends, order five feet. I had to go back and order a piece that was 5' long.

The hose on my water tanks had cracked and leaked, so I bought this to replace it. This wasn't exactly the same as the one I had, but it was close enough (the original only came in 50' lengths). This hose was simple to work with, and the smooth sections allowed it to seal to the tank without worrying about leaks through the spirals. Because the hose location was difficult to access, I continued to seal with food-grade silicone on the inside and outside to ensure I had the best chance of sealing. I would buy it again, and I plan to buy more in the future for my fill hose.
When we purchased a used Coleman Fleetwood popup camper, it was exactly what we required. This hose had split wide open, which my husband discovered (due to age, I assume). HOWEVER. He can't seem to get the new hose to fit properly. It has a small amount of dripping. I think he's a plumber, so that's a bad sign (or he needs a new job) LMAO.
My Thor diesel pusher motorhome's damaged hose was perfectly replaced by this hose. It joins the water tank and the water filler. The white smooth spots on the hose where the hose clamps go were particularly appealing to me. They were exactly where they needed to be. This hose outperforms the original by a wide margin. The hose was three feet in length.
It was successful in replacing our sanitary tank filler. However, it appeared to be looser than it should have been; it looked identical and had the same sizing markings, but it wasn't quite as snug as the hose that had come off, so I went ahead and used a bead of silicone. However, it was successful! The good news is that the interior is smooth throughout, not just in the flats.
5" of flat (half the length of flat sections) and no flat on the other end. br>A major kink was 6" from one end - That would eventually fail. br>The hose was 4'11" (not 5'), but they do say length can vary by 3". I'm curious as to whether any of them are particularly long. or were they all cut short?br>br>I was able to trim the ends to fit my needs.
After many years, the original hose on a 1997 Dodge Pleasure Way has become brittle. The receivers line up with the flats on this hose, and there are a few feet left over. It appears to be a little more substantial than the original. I am pleased with my purchase. quick delivery Thank you, des/HSMLLC,br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>.
One end appears to have been cut with a dull knife, and the other appears to be a factory cut end with a proper flat for clamping. The hose was crammed into a loop so tightly that it kinked (the spot where it would eventually break!). To make matters worse, this drinking water hose was filthy when it arrived.
It appears that the hose is of good quality. I bought it with the intention of cutting it down to size, and it turned out to be perfect. It's a step up from the one I replaced. I wouldn't have had to buy a new one if the first one had been of this caliber. Thank you for having the item I was looking for.
