Hello,br>I'd like to point out that this part is Shurflo 94-. 800- When I Google this part number in this manner, I am able to locate dealers who have it in stock. It's possible that you've already used up all of your "-" " Pumpvendor, I think you're in the wrong place because I've had that problem before." One place to start is with com. We are unable to obtain that part because it is a marine part, and we are only permitted to handle RV pump parts.

I was in desperate need of something like this. I had a model, which was as follows: 4008- 101- A65 with a one-way check valve that isn't working properly. It was only two years old when it came from the factory. My issue is as follows: br>br> As my fresh water tank filled to capacity, I noticed water trickling out. The water had returned to the pump from the city water connection. I could still use the pump despite the minor leak. As the pressure in the fresh water tank was released, it cycled back on every 7 seconds.
When I contacted Shurflo customer service, they informed me that I could purchase the check valve kit for around $12 or this item for around $10 more. I chose this item because he said the check valve kit would be difficult to install. br>After carefully reading the instructions, I was able to complete the installation without difficulty. A word of warning, however: The kit came with a small rubber ring that had a clear place in the pump during assembly, but the instructions didn't say anything about putting it in the seat. Keep an eye out for it. The "complete" housing, as previously stated, only replaces the pressure switch and the check valve.
This pump repair kit was purchased in order to repair the pump in my outdoor RV trailer. My pump would cycle on and off, and there was a problem with backflow into the fresh tank. It's a perfect match for the original. After freezing in the Texas Snowpocalypse, I had to replace it! Because the screws are coated in a blue substance, use caution when handling them. There was no need to adjust the pressure switch or the bypass switch because they were perfectly adjusted. Because of the location where it is installed in the camper, it took about an hour to replace and install. It hummed along as soon as I turned it on. The operation and pressure were extremely high. On our 2015 Navion 24G RV, this was a relatively simple repair. Water flowed back through the malfunctioning check valve, causing the pump to cycle on for a second or two every few minutes. Due to water flowing backwards to the tank through the pump when connected to city water, the fresh water tank would fill and overflow even when it was not set to the fill position. This has resolved those issues, as the pump would not turn off the first time I installed it after the repair. It appears that there was a leak on the suction side, allowing air to enter the system. I examined the connection and discovered that the washer was in poor condition and was most likely the source of the issue. This was not a problem with the kit, so it wasn't a problem with the purchase. As a precaution, I tightened the washer in the connection and wrapped the threads with Teflon tape. Both the suction and pressure side threads were done by me. That appears to have worked because the water is flowing well, even better than before, and the pump is shutting down and staying off.
I was expecting to have to replace the entire part, but this solved my check valve issue. Turning on the city water essentially filled up my fresh water tank because a valve inside the pump was stuck open, allowing water to flow in. I replaced the top and it now works perfectly, so if you're having a similar problem, this will most likely solve it.
The problem has now been resolved. It is simple to put together. saved$$$$.
