It has the same mounting holes as the 7 gpm. It is a direct replacement for Shurflo 5 so I bought it. The model has a flow rate of 7 gpm. Listed at 4 gpm, this model is easy to handle. The hose flow is just right for this application, which allows you to wash your horse with hose. I installed this on a horse trailer water tank, and it works just fine. According to the manual, I should only use 1/2 inch tubing, so I terminated all the 3/8 tubing and connectors and replaced them with 1/2 inch tubing.
