I did not find installation to be too challenging, but I do feel there is more wiggle in the new clip than the old one did. In addition to that, I opened the hatch (a cover for the water heater on the RV) a few times and this clip actually popped out of the hole it was I'm not sure how I feel about that, as it seems like it might come loose when we drive and leave the hatch fluttering in the wind. As a result, the outfit would probably fly away, so I have no idea how comfortable I am. At least I have it to a point where it feels solid now, so I'll see how it does.
