nt33 is the only way to go.
I'm also in need of a fit. I purchased 1/4' and 1'8' but neither of them work. The out on this valve is 3/8" in size.
If your valve is Suberban, I'm afraid it won't work with Attwood. I would replace the burn pipe and electrode if the regulator is bad. I had just recently done that and it now works perfectly!
I have a suburban heater and had to replace nearly everything, and I discovered that Atwood products look similar but do not fit or line up properly.

My hot water heater has been turned off for quite some time now. for a few months now, where it would work fine some days/weeks and then not work at all other days/weeks after trying 5- Nothing would bring it to light ten times, and some days. On closer inspection, I discovered that I was not getting any propane into the ignitor area when it wouldn't light. Finally, it went out for good, and I couldn't wait any longer to fix it, so I bought this in the hopes that it would help. When I turned it on for the first time after installation, it immediately lit up and heated up my water. br>br>Please keep in mind that I am writing this review shortly after installing it, so I can't speak to its durability.
Instead of replacing the solenoid, I decided to replace the entire valve. I'm glad I did. br>br>If you can, remove the fitting on the old valve before the new one arrives to ensure you don't need a replacement. I had to use a vice to remove the fitting, which I did successfully but at the expense of damaging the threads. Thankfully, a trip to the hardware store provided me with the necessary supplies. br>br>The new valve went in without a hitch and has been performing admirably for months. I'm very happy! After you've finished installing everything, don't forget to check for leaks by lighting the stove and running it for a few minutes before turning on the heater.
I recently purchased a camp trailer with a gas water heater that had not been used in several years. The striker would make a series of clicks but never light up. Exhaust tube was checked and cleaned, and all connections were found to be in good working order. We decided to give this gas valve a try because it was only 42 dollars. It was simple to set up, and the water heater began to heat up immediately after the first click. The water heater is a sw6del from the suburbs. This weekend, I'm going to put it to the test.
On a propane gas water heater, it is simple to install. It was delivered in one day and was in excellent condition. This propane regulator was a perfect match for my 2009 Nash 17ft RV's hot water heater (HWH). My old regulator's mounting plate (two screws) and brass inlet connector were transferred to this new one. Everything was in perfect working order and took only 5 minutes to put together on my RV. My hot water heater stopped working when I was using propane, but it still worked when I was using electric? When I called for propane heat, the propane regulator valve received propane and 12 volts DC to the relay, and the sparker was clicking, but there was no burner fire, indicating that the regulator was not allowing propane through to the burner. br>I replaced it with this new unit, which started up right away and provided hot water even when it wasn't connected to the grid, which was fantastic!.
On a 2006 Fleetwood Morgan travel trailer, I repaired a leaking water heater valve. The valve was valued at $130 by Fleetwood. I had to purchase an areducer for the outlet side, but it was easily installed and functions flawlessly. I was able to remove the original unit from its mounting bracket and replace it with this one using the same screw holes. Except for the larger outlet size, it looked exactly like the original failed unit.
This water heater was a perfect match for my old one (Suburban SW6DE), and it works perfectly.
This gas valve was a "Like New" item that I purchased from Amazon Warehouse. The package appeared to have been dragged and then run over when I received it. The dragging wouldn't have been so bad if the running over hadn't broken one of the coil alignment nubs. Because of haphazard packaging (a box arrived without its contents, a steering bar), and broken junk being shipped as "like new," I've had to drastically reduce my Amazon Warehouse purchases.
I placed my order, was given an estimated delivery date, and it arrived ahead of schedule! br>I needed a fitting to connect it, which they couldn't provide but gave me a partial refund so I could go out and buy one. What a pleasure it was to work with such wonderful people!.
