A door is 12 x 12+3/16 with rounded corners. For fitting to the water heater and the wall, it needs a frame. A latch at the top and bottom of the door hold the door closed. There are holes for two pins at the bottom. Honestly, I haven't seen the door for sale, but you might find one at a parts place (perhaps call Suburban) or a salvage yard.
