My guess is it will work if the RV comes with a Suburban water heater.
SWD is a term I'm not familiar with. All Suburban water heaters should be able to use this.
The first thing I would do is to remove the old one and verify the length of the new one The typical length of these insects is 9 inches. The two types of materials that are used are You can find magnesium and aluminum in many everyday products! **The original type of metal used in my 2018 suburban hot water heater was magnesium.

I bought this magnesium anode for my Suburban water heater instead of the aluminum version, so it should last much longer. As someone who has worked in the tech industry for 24 years, I believe it is still advisable to flush the debris out once the drain/anode has been removed. Works great with one of the inexpensive plastic ones with the bend at the end. This will reduce the amount of trash that collects in faucet aerators.
To have a backup of this anode rod, I purchased it. This is a new travel trailer, so I won't have to install it for some time. The product looks solid, the same as the existing one in the water heater, and I am certain that it will perform fine. The level of customer service I received from the seller was exceptional. Their account manager contacted me via email to check on whether my order had arrived intact and that I was satisfied. Every time I buy from sellers who provide this personal touch and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied, I am committed to buying from them again. A repeat customer is certainly born from that!.
In order to install, it needs a 1 and 1/16 socket, while the threads are 3/4 npt. The water heater threads were coated with petroleum jelly and the anode rod threads with Teflon tape, probably not necessary but if you ever have to take one out, rusted in, you will wish you would of used something like that above, the first time. Thanks.
This was installed in May of 2019 and used all camping season to the point of removal I tried trying to remove the rod I had just unscrewed from the tank, and the top screw portion of the rod had already come off. As the remainder of the rod was still in the tank, I connected it back to the end and pulled. I was able to get it out, but I lacerated both my thumb and index finger in the process. I wouldn't have been injured if the structure had been assembled correctly and permanently from the beginning. The rod costs ten dollars, the ER visit costs one hundred dollars.
The first time I saw this video on YouTube was after I bought my RV previous hand, and until then, I had no idea this would need to be replaced. I checked and found that the old one was completely gone, so there was really nothing left with the head. I found this one to be very easy to install, and it appears to be the best option out of all the types of metals these are made from. The Nik of time has caught my eye with this one.
This is a simple job that will turn a wrench in no time at all. As far as I can tell, this rod is well made and I'm confident that it will serve its purpose. The ones in my fifth wheel are changed once a year whether they are worn out or not. Since I live in it most of the time while I work, I change these often. This is a cheap security measure to make sure the water heater is working at its best.
The rod appears to be good quality and it was easy to install. In the end, it is only time which will tell whether it works properly, since its whole purpose is to protect the water heater tank from corroding. My personal experience is that I've received the most excellent communication since I purchased this product, which gives me confidence that the seller stands by their product. received a couple of emails from Camden the king, one confirming my order, another at the time of shipping, and a third after getting my anode rod asking if everything was alright. A personal touch like this does not happen that often anymore, and it is greatly.
