It does, in fact, disassemble.

Yes, I believe it is a half-thread.

a fantastic substitute My trailer's outside faucet started leaking around the handles, so I needed to replace it, and this was a direct replacement for Grand Design

A hose for flushing the black tank is also required. I'll post pictures later to show the Faust, which is the same as the factory's original but newer. The new one sticks on the quick disconnect hooking the hose, but if the disconnect continues to give me problems, I'll install the old disconnect from the old split Fauset, which simply spins off. Is there any such thing as utterance? & warmth? The rv cargo faucet is made of plastic.

Everything went off without a hitch. This is one of the easiest plumbing jobs I've ever done, aside from getting to the back side of the wet bay. We had our outdoor shower working again after the old one was screwed off and the new one was screwed on!.

It's a great part, and it's a perfect fit

Because of the quick connect center fixture, I only gave it four stars. Because this is a replacement part, the fixture isn't required; it's just an extra cost. I had the quick connect on the original and simply exchanged it. Now I'm left with a piece that isn't quite right. They didn't provide it without the quick connect, which would have made it a five-star experience.
