Yes, there is a hole for weeping.
This faucet does indeed connect to the box. The box is then attached to your RV.
On the other side of the wall, you'll need to gain access. There's a chance you'll need to find an access panel. Ours was tucked away in the back of a cupboard.
I'm not sure, but I believe these are standard in size.

For my camper's outside shower, I used this simple replacement faucet. But. The water pressure was significantly lower after it was installed than it had been previously. There's no way to make this installation go wrong. So I dug a little deeper and discovered that the fitting at the top of the faucet where you connect the shower hose has a tiny hole where the water exits. WTF? It was difficult to pry out what appeared to be a restrictor because it had already been installed. As a result, I chipped away at the hole with a sharp utility knife. The issue has been resolved. Before you attempt to install it, it might pry out. However, this may not be the case. Just wanted to let you know in case you run into this problem.
The new shower control replaced an old one that had not been properly winterized, and the pex to faucet adapters that came with it were a nice bonus. I may or may not have uttered a curse word when I connected the shower hose to the connection and it was LOOSE. I realized it's a captive swivel, which self-aligns far better than the old one. I'm very pleased with the results.
From a local RV store, I purchased a similar unit without the 90 outlet. br>It turned out that the 90 volt outlet was required. br>This one is identical to the one that was removed from the RV, and it came with all of the necessary hardware, including rubber seals, plastic nuts, and so on. br>The one from the RV shop didn't come with anything and was twice the price. This was an excellent purchase. br>.
This fit perfectly in my 2014 Jayco 33BHBS White Hawk travel trailer with outdoor shower kit, and it took less than 15 minutes to de-rig the whole thing. set up and reinstall replace it with a new one I also appreciate the fact that the faucet where the hose connects has a plug that can be removed if you need more water or pressure. I took mine out and placed it in a plastic bag with a label so that I could re-insert it if necessary.
This was an excellent replacement for my shoddy outside shower that had been installed. It appeared to be a slightly heavier plastic than what was previously installed, and it came with house type washer and nut connectors for connecting to a house supply if desired. The faucet replaced a very basic faucet that had been leaking on and off for two years due to proprietary washers that were nowhere to be found. As a result, it was cost-effective to simply replace it with this. The added benefit is that it has a 90-degree elbow, which prevents the hose from kinking as it did previously. Another plus is that it actually SWIVELS, so for $21, I think I got a great deal.
This faucet is identical to the one that broke due to freezing in our RV. The exterior shower was left unwinterized. All of the nuts and gaskets needed for a new installation were included in the replacement. It only took a few minutes to complete the task, and before we knew it, we were rinsing our feet, dogs, and other items outside our travel trailer once more.
This was a perfect fit for my rv's outside shower. The shower hose connection on the original did not have a 90-degree bend, and it was a bad fit. The hose kinked at that point, making packing it into the box difficult. All of those issues were resolved by using this faucet.
Our 2009 Forest River camper's outside shower had a valve crack, so we went with this as a replacement. Taking out the old caulk from around the shower door enclosure was the most difficult part of the job! Another advantage is that the shower hose outlet is angled rather than straight up, which prevented the hose from kinking all the time as it did with the previous faucet.
