1 1/2" is the size of these. To increase the length of a shank, you can use a shank extender. It seems that Danco makes them based on a search on Amazon.
There are two threaded nipples (one for hot water, one for cold water) of outside diameter It appears to have a thread count of 14 per inch and measures 80". As all of my connections are the same size and thread, I believe this to be a standard for camper plumbing connections. Despite their being threaded on the outside, the water hoses in the camper that are connected to these nipples have female connections (threaded on the inside).
Make sure to get instructions from the seller before proceeding.

Oh my goodness! This is what you need! In our trailer, we had the original knobs in the shower (it is just a year old) and hated them. As they got older, we had to guess constantly, and the results were often shocking and painful. They were in good condition (there was no leak or damage to them) The frustration is just too much. A quarter turn classic lever is included with this shower faucet. And so it comes with this screwdriver. I found the install process to be extremely simple. chose to install with the shower hose attachment facing downward because I thought that made more sense. I just took my first shower since the replacement, and I have no idea why I waited so long to replace them! There is no need to guess. The water is no longer cold or hot when it pours. And though I know it's not possible, I'm certain I'm using less water now. My temperature fiddling was a lot more wasteful than I thought it was. This review is for people who are planning to replace their RV shower faucet, if not, they wouldn't be reading this. You should get it right away! Then you will be glad that you did.
It's great to see an The faucets work perfectly for my disabled hands, and I love how accessible they are. My favorite part of being able to see that I have the water adjusted to just the right temperature so that I don't get burned when I step under the water is saving so much hot The faucet in our Cougar gets a lot of use since we live in it full time. The system has been installed for a month now and so far we've had no problems!.
I also like the look of it. In order to use our marine shower, I purchased this faucet. Due to the very old shower head and faucet we were using, we had poor water pressure. First we changed the head (with an Oxygenics RV shower head), but saw very little difference in the water pressure. So we upgraded the faucet, and wow, there is a huge difference. I installed the system with my boyfriend's help. The meeting seemed to go well. We also liked how it looked, and it gave our bathroom a hint of class.
The rubber rings that came with this product were not compatible with the RV lines that I had installed. I was able to install it after a little modification. As for the finish, the faucet fit well with my Oxygenics Fury brushed satin shower head and slide bar. Despite the loose handles, it is very easy to turn them. I am nervous that it will be bumped into and accidentally on all the time. Additionally, I am disappointed to learn that the price of this faucet has now dropped to half of what I paid for it two weeks ago ($54). The sink faucet that I bought from Camping World is much better quality for a much cheaper price than this one that I purchased from Camping World! I researched different products a lot before buying, and this one had great reviews for the quality, so I didn't mind spending more on it.
As a result of not getting all the water out of the shower fixture before storing the Open Range Journeyer 34FLR for winter, my original shower fixture was damaged. As part of my commissioning process for a new season, I had a small pin made The base of the fixture had a hole the size of a quarter that shot water out. I hate it! That's no problem at all. There is a fixture on Amazon that matches the one I had in my travel trailer. I appreciate your kind words! In the end, the process of replacing the damaged fixture was relatively simple and took very little time. The issue has been resolved.
My RV has a better mattress than what came in it. A lever is better than a plastic knob for me. The end of the hose extension is also pointed downwards in mine. Reading about it, I read that it could prevent future failures of the plastic as a result of Turning the knob on its side reverses the H and C, so I put red tape on it so I know which one is hot.
There was water all over the place since it literally came apart at the handles. Then I looked on Amazon to see if there was a higher quality one such as a metal one instead of running out to buy a replacement. The metal one I was looking for was not available, but this amazing little guy was. Every camper owner knows how difficult it is to get the temperature just right in a camper. It's so easy to set the temperature with this handle. It is hard to deal with the pressure. The device hasn't leaked so far and is working well. Hard plastic faucets are certainly not in the same league as those with a metal stem. A high level of I would recommend it.
Previously, we bought a faucet that had only a single knob and repented having to use The temperature is too hard to control. The tub was never used, so we really didn't need one that diverted from the water. I like the way this faucet works. You can easily control the flow rate and temperature of the solution. This product is highly recommended.
