A referral for a Norcold Do you include the hinge assembly with this?

As far as the pins themselves go It does not slide over them as it is integrated into the door, but only the part that slides over them. If you want to reduce the chance of breaking, I recommend buying the optional hinge reinforcer (metal) that slides over this part

Can this unit be used with the gasket on the door?

This is an easy to install software. Support plates for the new hinges have been added. Hopefully, this will prevent another failure of the lower hinge.
