Is this the entire burner setup? A photograph would be extremely helpful. ?

Yes, the burner assembly as a whole is included. Fuel is a necessary component. The air tube connects to the stove's gas header, and you're ready to go. A spark ignitor is also built into the assembly. All you have to do now is connect the spark wire from the old burner assembly to the new one, and you're ready to go. It took about 90 seconds to complete the installation. Best of luck!

Is there a bushing inside the tube that comes with this?

My plastic bushing was already installed when I got it.

What are the back burners' replacement parts?

I'm not sure why I didn't need those, but I looked up the part number from the manufacturer for the stove I had and then looked it up on Amazon.

Is this the Burner with 9,000 BTUs?

If you're talking about the front-center burner, the answer is yes. Behind it, there are two additional burners.
