Although the lights are bright, one side of each light has stopped working. I sent an email to the manufacturer, but received no reply. Purchases should be avoided.
It's possible that the switch's contacts are clogged. For a replacement, send it back. If it's too late, open the switch to see if it's broken or if there's something preventing it from deactivating.
At 12 volts, 6 watts equals approximately 0. The current is 3 amps. It will use zero in an hour. 3 amp. energy for hours
8" * 4" is the size of the 'fixture.' 7/8"br>just a smidgeon (maybe 1/16") bigger than the OEM fixtures I replaced

as a result of the fact that - after it's been in use for a while - The bulbs start to flicker in the corner of your eye - After a while, this causes eye strain, and the strange thing is that you don't notice the flicker at first; it's like leaves on a tree casting fleeting shadows on the book you're reading. I initially assumed it was just my eyes playing tricks on me (I'm getting old), but the flicker was confirmed by my wife. Then I wondered if it was the power supply causing the problem - When the power source was straight D, however, I turned off the air conditioner and checked the lights. because of the batteries The flicker, on the other hand, is barely noticeable, like something moving just beyond your peripheral vision - It vanishes when you try to concentrate on it. Even when I go looking for it, I can't always find it - It can be irritating at times. I believe it has something to do with the temperature in the room or the internet connection. Wi-Fi, TV, or satellite - I haven't been able to figure out what's going on.
In my old 1986 camp trailer, I planned to replace all of the bulbs with LEDs. After comparing the prices of decent LED bulbs and light covers to replace all of my broken fixtures, I decided to just buy all new fixtures. I am glad I did it cost about 30% more to do all my lights but well worth it was well worth it was well worth it was well worth it was well worth it was well% I'll update my post if anything changes. br>The first two photos show the old lights.
When you take down 14-year-old lights, you'll notice a pattern on the ceiling where the light used to be. Size-wise, these were a perfect match, and swapping them out was a breeze. They look great and provide significantly more light than traditional incandescent bulbs. These lights come highly recommended by me!.
The company has no phone number on their website, only an email address, and I have yet to receive a response if there is a way to tone down the brightness of the lens. If you're replacing lights, don't use one of these in your reading area. I'm hoping to get a response so I can order a new lens, but if not, I'll give it a light coat of paint. It is hoped that this will not be the case. Aside from that, fantastic lighting.
The bulb was replaced with a T10 wedge bulb for landscape lighting. It worked fine at first, but eventually burned out, destroying the fixture. This light is in a small RV bath that we have. It's simply too bright for such a small space, let alone a mid-sized room. If you need to replace an incandescent bulb with an LED light, I recommend purchasing the incandescent bulb model first and then adding the equivalent LED replacement light bulb. We've done the same thing with the rest of our RV's lights. If we decide we can't live with the bright white light from this current fixture, I may do so.
These are VERY bright even at the lower lm of 300. There are a lot of 600lm options. These were installed, or rather, replaced, in a vintage 1969 travel trailer. When "SO BRIGHT" isn't required, I need to add some subtle lighting. Lightweight, simple to install, and the switch is large and easy to locate with one's finger. For what you get, the price is incredible. Remember that because these lights are low voltage and LED, they put very little strain on any car, van, trailer, or other vehicle's 12V battery system.
I'm not sure what the point is most of the time. These lights, on the other hand, wowed me. I'm a complete noob when it comes to electrical work, but these went up in under 5 minutes, both of them. I'm going to replace all of my future camper lights with these because they're 10 times brighter than the led lights I have now and they're so clean and sharp looking. I'm blown away! Not to mention the CHEAP price, which was the original reason for purchase.
The fixtures are a little thin, and the switch is a little cheap, but the LED board appears to be well made for the price. The light output is clean and white; it isn't particularly bright, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing when there isn't a dimmer. Easy to set up. br>br> br>br>I purchased these and others to replace my vintage motorhome's existing round twist socket brake lamp type fixtures. Because I leave those bulbs on to give the impression of presence at my business, they were constantly blowing. These are a cost-effective way to address a widespread issue.
