They are perfect. Besides prolonging the gutter enough to prevent it dripping on your cargo doors, they lengthen it enough so that it isn't running down the side of the camper. You'll need ELASTOMERIC caulk for this project, and the instructions are simple. Silicone should never be used on a camper, as it is not an adhesive and will easily peel off your roof, especially if you use it on the A silicone seal is only effective when applied between surfaces that are expected to be screwed or bolted together.
Those are the differences between 2007 and 2017. I own a 2017 Jayco Jay Flight SLX travel trailer and for some reason, only one of the four corners has an extended gutter spout. This caused noticeable black streaking after rain fell on three of the four corners. Once I had secured the new gutter spouts with the screws I removed as part of step one I applied some new sealant and was pleased to see how far the water was directed, away from the trailer siding, by these Camco gutter spouts. That was definitely worth the purchase and enabled me to upgrade my gutter system for a very small price.
In other words, we put the right ones on the front of the bus. A 2007 Trek wasn't an easy vehicle to attach your GoPro to. To fit this gutter spout, I had to saw the gutter flange that is on the RV, and make a groove about 1/2 in length. In order to mount each spout, I installed two stainless steel screws into the gutter flange and used silicone glue to seal around the spout to keep it from leaking. There are spouts between the passenger and driver window, and I wanted them to prevent water from running down the side and staining the glass. As the water drips off the coach approximately three inches, it will hit the ground.
The goal of these covers is to divert the water from my RV gutter away from my The average person would probably see these as straight-forward I was unable to install behind my coach's "cover" or "decorative" strip due to the lack of a decorative strip. Aeris Suncruiser 2014 is bonded to the sidewall, and the gutters are bonded to the sidewall as well. It is not necessary to loosen any screws. In the end, I had to make each one a custom installation. To install each one, I used a stainless steel screw, external tooth washer, and silicone. it does.
As for fit, the gutter extenders were decent, and the instructions were simple and straightforward. It would be the dream of my life to design the extension flange to fit into a recessed channel on the gutter's backside. By doing so, the extension would fit more precisely and there wouldn't have to be as much sealant needing to be applied. Sealants were the only thing that was difficult to apply. There is just something gooey about it, and it is hard to apply a smooth finish. I found the gutter extensions to be pretty effective and did what they were supposed to. In my opinion, this product is a great.
It does not work on my 2001 Traillite TT because of the way the instructions describe how to install it. As you cannot pull out rubber seals in order to get to screws, which I also do not have. I removed caulking from the gutter in order to wedge it at a better angle, and I also filed down the edge of the gutter extension for a To keep this in place, I used sealant all around the edges. I may have to install a self-tap screw, so I can tighten it. The side walls of the arches extend about one inch past them.
One of the front drain spouts on my 2016 Bounder broke, and the original ones let the air conditioner drip onto the I was able to make the original fit with these, even though they are wider than usual. Since now, side windows do not drip water. The other 3 front spouts will be replaced with these, so I ordered a set of 4. They require a little work to make fit properly, but you'll be glad you did.
In addition to several others, I received three pieces of right and one of left. The left worked out fine for me because I needed it. I was able to fill in the gap in the gutter with silicone, even though it was about 1/4" wider than my original extension. We would have given 5 stars, but the package contained the wrong amount so we deducted one star.
