Have you thought about the size and type of the motor ?

The Suzuki 90 is a 4-stroke engine. I was unable to get this to work with This is a replacement for one that I lost at the ramp, but it is completely different from the last one.

Do you think it will fit the Suzuki 150?

That should be the case. I was able to use it on my Yamaha 115, but it should be able to fit any outboard with power tilt and steering

What are the chances that this product will work with a 2004 mercury 75 horsepower?

I have no problems using it with my 2013 Yamaha 4-stroke A 115 hp outboard motor is operated by a single 115-hp outboard. This is done by slipping it over the short tilt cylinder shaft when the motor is fully raised. Once the motor is lowered onto the wedge, it will be locked into place.

After I dropped the first one into a lake, I realized that the floats do not. The product could easily be fool-proofed without my assistance. I know that was my fault. Then I ordered a second one and slipped some pipe insulation over the entire length of the PVC pipe. It now I would give it a 5-star rating if this feature were available. The Wedge does what it is supposed to do, however. I can easily trailer my Yamaha 115 HP when using this trailer. During trailering, Yamaha advises you not to rest the motor on the locking tabs. It is understandable how they might break if hit with a bump. This issue can be alleviated with the Wedge because it supports.

Besides the fact that it makes the boat perform as advertised and is easy to use, I learned from my boat dealer where I purchased my boat that larger boats with Yamaha motors are shipping boats with this support. I am a happy customer.
