The size wasn't going to work. As a result, it was unnecessary to leave it on the floor.
It measures 48 inches by 71 inches.
I ordered a 48" x 71"br>and it is about a foot short on one side, so I believe I got that size.
I had the same question; I believe it is the width of the sofa; I measured mine and it was 65 inches wide; I also measured across the top of the sofa.

Be careful what you buy. This is a high-priced item that is non-returnable. Don't buy it if you aren't certain about the size. Before purchasing a queen size mattress for our RV, I measured it, but it was inches too small when it arrived. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but I was told it was not exchangeable.
Extremely cool and comfortable. Fits perfectly in our Airstream Bambi, which is 16 feet long. I would strongly suggest it. We're actually taking our trailer on a two-week vacation instead of staying in hotels. . . The trailer also serves as our get-away at our house when it's too crowded. We remark on how much more space we have because the bed is so comfortable. We aren't tossing and turning in our beds. We chose the 6 inch, and I placed our two thermorest pads on the wood's bottom. Place this on top of everything. We chose the smaller one so that we could roll it inside the house while the trailer was being stored during the winter. At 5'2 and 60 years old, I find it easy to maneuver.
We haven't used it yet, but it fits nicely in our SUV and will be useful on future camping trips. It seemed a little hard when I lay on it for a moment, but time and sleep will tell. It will not 'deflate' in the same way that a blow-up mattress does: This mattress is the ideal size and is a historic full size mattress, which is slightly smaller than the standard full size mattress.
Our mobile home, which was built in 1949, has smaller beds. It arrived on time and was exactly as described in terms of size and color.
This mattress was the perfect fit for my daughter's antique bed, which was an odd size. She is seven years old and absolutely adores her new, cozy bed. I could totally fall asleep while reading with her at night. I was concerned about the cost, but it was well worth it!.
If you're looking for a recreational vehicle, you've come to the right place.
This is where I slept on this mattress. Despite being only five inches thick, it is extremely comfortable.
It is not going to fit.
