It's not in the description, and I think it may have been the case in previous years, or in previous packages. It is fine as I ordered a flange seal separately, so I'm good. But I wanted to post it as soon as I could. I'm going to assume the product is fine as is until I come back and change it. The seals won't work unless I fall in as I attempt to change them. Although this may seem like a daunting task to those who are afraid of it, it is quite straightforward. The RV water supply should be shut off. From the back of the toilet, cut off the water supply. Water should be removed from the toilet by flushing it. Take off the caps that encase the nuts, remove the nuts, and remove the toilet from the wall. The seal should come off after you flip it over. It comes with a gasket to connect the toilet to the floor, so you don't have to order that separately. I was able to install this relatively easily and it worked well. They are a bit sparse in their instructions. When you remove the bowl, you'll be surprised at how much is left behind. The valve needs to be removed to give it a good cleaning, but it appears that the bowl must be broken away in order to do this. So, I used a scotchbrite pad to clean as best as I could. As soon as I finished assembling and reinstalling the new gasket and valve, I lightly greased them with silicone grease. It works exactly as it should.

It worked so well that we opted to replace the worn out seal in the bottom of the toilet flange with this one. In light of the fact that my upper seal still works, I decided not to replace it just yet, but I will keep it nearby just in case. It was much easier to complete this project after I found a video guide on YouTube. It was a little difficult because my toilet is mounted up against the wall and my water lines are not flexible, so disconnecting the water line from and reconnecting it to it also caused a little difficulty.

We didn't like the concept of having to replace this seal! Since it goes in from the bottom, with the potty upside down, and we have to reach past the elbow to do it, we thought it wasn't much fun. As long as you use rubber gloves and saran wrap to cover the arm to the shoulder, it's not bad. In addition to replacing the water valve, I made up an adjusting block of wood that sits across the water valve to hold the flap OPENS. Because the flapper is held open, it is easy to pull and replace the seal once it has been removed. I just took a few minutes to do this. If you want me to do yours, you can't pay me (.

It's a foam gasket which I don't like that I prefer wax ones. When you first put this one on, because it's spongy, your toilet will wobble until it sinks down into the foam and it will level out. There are two types of caulk used for the commode - leveling caulk and leveling caulk. In neither case does it work as designed.

It comes with both seals. Only the blade seal was mentioned in the description. The package I ordered separately arrived after a week and I don't recall checking when it arrived because I ordered the toilet seat seal separately. Just got back from a weeklong camping trip and both seals are in the bag now. The perfect replacement parts for the Ford Aqua V RV toilets.
