Questions & Answers

Is this something that will fit a Sealand 2010?

No, this isn't the correct seal for the 210 or the 2010. The 385316140 is the correct seal for these models.

Is this compatible with the Dometic 3400 electric refrigerator?

Thank you for contacting Dometic with your inquiry. Unfortunately, the 385311658 flush valve can only be found on toilets from the 300 series. We confirmed with our RV sanitation department that the 3400 model is no longer in production. Please double-check your model number and contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Is this compatible with a Dometic 300-series RV refrigerator?

I bought one for my 300-series toilet, and it was a perfect fit. It took a little massaging to get everything in place, but once it was, it worked perfectly.

Perfect!
5/5

I bought a "compatible" set of flush valve seals and had a terrible time installing them after trying for several hours. a little bit too big I took it on a camping trip and had a horrible time with it. On Sunday, I completed the installation, took off my gloves, washed my hands, and went back to Amazon to order the DOMETIC seal! It arrived Tuesday, so I pulled out the other one, cleaned the toilet once more, and applied plumber's grease to the new seal, which was installed and sealed in less than a minute. SAVE TIME AND MONEY BY GETTING THE ACTUAL DOMETIC SEAL! 10 STARS!.

Stop the toilet from leaking by using the Dometic 300
5/5

As I mentioned, my Dometic 300 MFG# 302300093 Model 1750RD Camper's toilet works flawlessly when we fill it with water, and you will notice a slight odor. It may come from the bathroom at all times, This product looks highly rated. , It appears that this could be a problem when cleaning the toilet with a sprayer that goes down into the toilet.

It's a great product that's also simple to set up
5/5

I read that everyone recommends buying the Dometic brand over the Amazon brand; however, I had a difficult time installing this gasket; I suspect it was because I was frustrated or something. Even though the ball valve was turned off, I assumed that by replacing this item, my issues with water not staying in the bowl would be solved. That wasn't the case, of course. Still frustrated, I emailed Dometic about it after watching a YouTube video in which they stated that if a part was defective, they would replace the toilet. By popping the ball valve back in opposite the flush pedal, Dometic gave me a great tip on how to fix it. This actually worked, and it's still holding up! I'm very pleased with myself. I have a Dometic 310 with a porcelain base that I would not replace unless it was more than four years old.

WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHERS
5/5

I assumed they were all the same, but was disappointed to discover that they were not. The others were ill-fitting and dripped down. On Tuesday, after installing the DOMETIC, I filled the bowl to the rim to see if it would leak. It didn't happen, much to my surprise. On Friday, I hooked up to go camping, as is my custom, and as I leveled the camper to connect the sway control, I noticed water coming from the door, despite the fact that the bowl was still full! br>I'm going to tell everyone about it.

With this one, the Bowl can hold water
5/5

So, you get what you pay for, as I just demonstrated. I tried a different brand where I could get three for $12. They were a good fit, but the bowl was too small to hold any water. I was concerned about a toilet issue. It couldn't possibly be the seal, I reasoned. br>br>I put it in, and the bowl is full of water once more. Tank fumes can also rise up into the RV if the bowl isn't able to hold water.

It was the ideal solution
4/5

Works exactly like the original, and it has resolved the issue of water disappearing from the bowl.

Dometic 210 is not compatible with this item
3/5

This item will not fit a Dometic 210! It was stated in one of the questions that it would fit a 210, but when received, it clearly does not.

I'm having trouble removing the old seal, and I won't be able to use the new one unless I can get the old one out
3/5

The old seal should be removed by pulling up on it, according to the instructions. I gave it everything I had, but it remained motionless. I'm going to have to keep trying.
