It is not required to complete this part. It was a mess to live with, so I took it out, threw it away, drilled a larger hole in the black cap, and installed it again, and the shower is now as good as mine.

It was found that the mixing valve for hot and cold water was already leaking upon installation in the black plastic stem that leads to the hose connection. It was sent back, so here's hoping the next one which will arrive shortly will not be as poor.
It is the same brand, just priced higher by saying it is with a higher quality when in actuality, it is the same brand. Despite being new, it works fine. I bought it after the one I had cracked inside, so I wanted to get one that is of better quality. This was a line I felt for and I paid more for the same thing.
Earlier this week I installed. As soon as the water was turned back on to check for leaks, it was found that the shower line was leaking pretty badly just under where the screws were attached. Seal the bottom of the gutter with some rubber film and you'll no longer have leaks. I am currently waiting for that to set, so I can attach a new shower head. In the end, the product seems to be quite good I will update when I am able.
The installation is very simple (no tools are needed, simply tighten it by hand) and it's leak-proof This is an operation at no cost. It is highly recommended.
There is the general standard for RV shower faucets to be made of all plastic. When I installed this typical one, the threads snapped, which led to an even bigger problem than I was trying to fix at the time. If you try to find a Phoenix faucet, that's okay, but there are no guarantees that it's of good quality The handle on RV shower valves has a D-shaped body The fittings on this potato are all brass. There is a cost difference of about twice as much, but it is definitely.
I have found it to be the same price as OE.
The installation was simple and the end result was excellent.
My RV shower faucet was leaking, so I ordered this straight away to fix it. I feel right at home.
