I believe this hook will fit the tray if the winch tray fits your truck. On my Westin tray, I have this. My silverado is a 2011 K2500. The tray is a pain to put together, but once it's in place, it appears to be quite sturdy. My smittybilt wench is worth $12,000.
Each item is for sale.
Because it's designed to mount in a tray slot specifically designed to hold winches, this hook is probably too big for your needs. When I get back from my trip, I'll measure the dimensions.

They are heavy duty hooks (loops), but not as beefy as the factory ones I had to remove to install the grill guard, and the thickness of the metal on the hook is thinner than the factory ones, but they should work fine. Also, as another person mentioned, the hex head mounting bolts that came with it are too short to pass through the tow hook, winch tray, and winch tray mounting bracket. I notified Westin Auto about the problem and requested that they send me longer hardware. I'm not going to go out and buy longer bolts that should have come with the product because they said they'd look into it and get back to me.
Tow hooks that are well-made and of excellent quality. They resemble factory hooks in appearance. It's a bit pricey, but it's required for the setup to be completed. They should probably come with the winch cradle, in my opinion. I also had to shim the winch 1" to clear the hooks' height.
Overall, this is a great product. But I'm certain there's a reason for it. One of the reasons for four stars is that I wish they were included with the tray. The only issue I have with these hooks is that they are sold separately. Not as a couple. As a result, if you want to add to your winch tray, you'll need to buy two items. br>However, I have no complaints about the hook or the installation. It is very simple to set up. Instructions that are simple and straightforward. Addition to your winch tray that is absolutely necessary.
I used these to replace the original hooks on my Westin Max winch tray, and they fit perfectly. I wanted to add hooks to the tray, and these are perfect because all of the holes line up and the coating is very nice.
I like how it fits my grill guard perfectly on both sides of the winch mount. I screwed it in place (after applying a small amount of blue 242 loctite to the threads). I'm all set to drag myself out of a deep bog.
These are made of much thinner metal than my factory tow hooks, which had to be removed in order to install the winch try. They're also quite pricey, especially since you only get one for that amount.
I'm excited to try them out because they have decent welds and a sturdy construction.
It should be a five-star rating. The only flaw is the bolts that come with them. These are very heavy duty, just as they should be. They're great if you don't want to mount the tray to your truck and just use the tow hook, but the bolts that come with this hook aren't long enough if you do. The hook is great, but you'll need to get some longer bolts.
