I am very pleased with the heavy-duty nature of this product
5/5

After my jetski trailer popped off my hitch and collided with the back of my truck, I purchased two sets of chains. I used to have old, rusted chains on the trailer - And, thankfully, they held up. But who knows if they would have held if it happened again! As a result, I made the decision to purchase some new chains. I bought two sets just to be on the safe side. They're built to withstand a lot of punishment. I have no doubts that these will stand the test of time. I also like how the clasps at the ends clip into the hitch. It appears to be well-made. Hopefully, I'll never have to learn the hard way! :.

What's the point of having an EQUAL number of links? Although the material appears to be of high quality and the price is reasonable, an even number of links on a single-piece safety chain makes no sense
4/5

Either bolt it to the tongue of your trailer in one piece (through a single link), or cut it in half and bolt each half to the sides of the tongue, as I did. However, if there are an even number of links rather than an odd number, doing either will result in one side being longer than the other! This is not a well-thought-out design! If I want them to be the same length, I'll have to cut two of them.

The safety chain on the trailer is nice and heavy
5/5

Heavy-duty construction - The construction is excellent. The 3,500-pound model was the one I chose. I'm very happy. br>br>In response to concerns about the even number of links, I cut mine in half to bolt it to the trailer tongue. Because one of the holes on the tongue is in front of the other, I cut one link in the chain, resulting in two pieces of chain, one with one more link than the other. However, after I bolted the longer one to the tongue's back hole and the shorter one to the front hole, the two pieces of chain were the same length from the head. As a result, for some trailers, an even number of lengths is preferable to an odd number!.

It's capable of towing a trailer
5/5

LOL. I should've paid more attention to the description. To hang a flower pot, I required a chain. However, I'm confident that I could tow a trailer or lift a truck motor with this one.

My trailer now has new safety chains
5/5

On rough roads, the hooks have a keeper to keep them from coming loose. My 1993 trailer chains were rusted and the hooks were missing their keepers, so I had to replace them.

Strong
5/5

I purchased three of these chains to secure three of my chainlink fence's gates. One of my dogs jumped up on a gate and simply popped open the latch, sending the other two dogs on a wild chase. I bought these chains, one for each door, to make sure it didn't happen again. It was simple to weave it in and around the gates, and now I'm confident that they won't be able to escape on their own.

Heavy-duty construction

This was purchased as a replacement chain for my wrought iron dutch oven tripod, which I had lost. I'm not planning on cooking anything that will exceed the 3,500-pound limit, but it's nice to have this heavy-duty chain on hand in case it's needed for something else. I'm thinking about removing one of the springs or replacing it with a non-return spring. spring S- For use with the dutch oven, connect to the link above.

This chain was purchased to upgrade the class (from I to II) and to replace the bow safety chain on my jet ski trailer. I wasn't aware of how long it was until I noticed two hooks. So I used a bolt cutter to cut the chain link down to size. So, for the price of one, I was able to get two chains and two hooks out of it, one of which I used as the bow safety chain on my boat trailer. I bought these vinyl caps at the hardware store to protect the hulls from the hook's top. So far, I'm happy with it and the weight capacity (3,500 pounds). That'll be plenty for my jet ski and 18-foot boat. That assurance was something I was looking for.
