It will almost certainly work if the distance between the CENTER of the big locking pin hole and the end of the receiver hitch opening is less than 2 inches. Even though I filed the weld job on the multipurpose hitch down to closer tolerances, mine, which was welded onto the back of my 2007 500 Outlander instead of bolted, was only 1/8 longer and would not work. I spoke with the company's owners, who acknowledged the flaw in the design and said they would fix it by lengthening the end that slides into the receiver hitch. You might want to give them a call before making a purchase.
A large clevis pin could be used to close the hole, which is about 3/4 inch in diameter.
I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't- standard hitch with additional towing/pulling options It's on my UTV and it's a solid, well-made piece of equipment.

This is a nice-looking, well-made item, but it does not extend far enough from the receiver! The hitch coupler on the trailer hits the exhaust heat shield before it can drop on the ball, so I bought this for my stock 2018 RZR 900 Trail. Only by coupling the hitch to the trailer and then sliding it into the receiver and pinning it will it work. It's possible, but it's not particularly convenient, and it's certainly not the way it should be done. This would be a fantastic hitch with an extra inch of bar extension!.
On my Sportsman 800, I already had a 2" ball and shackle so I could move my trailers around in the yard and have a pulling point for recovery straps, but I needed a "back-up" system. If necessary, I'll use my "pick-up vehicle" to transport my lawn trailer and tools. Although I like the design, I believe I should have purchased one without the raised ball. Between the ball and my rear bumper, there isn't much room to fit a trailer tongue. I tried my trailers, and I think I can make it work, but it's just a minor annoyance. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens with this. I'll change my mind if it breaks the first time I attach a recovery strap to it.
I bought it because I've made similar builds before for my ATVs, UTVs, garden tractors, small tractors, and even the trailered implements' bumpers. This appeared to be a better-looking design than my previous builds. The sloped hook bar allows for more room for a trailer hitch to fall into place, which I like. br>This was a must-have for my Yamaha Rhino UTV, which I purchased in 2006. It doesn't work, as others have said about other quads. I can't even fully plug it into the 2" channel on my Rhino before the ball hits the muffler. To work, I'd have to be about 5" longer, in my opinion. br>However, I've mounted a 2" receiver on my small tractor and garden tractor for various implements, and it works perfectly. It also works with the receivers I've installed on the backs of my trailers, trailered implements, and even my pickup trucks for smaller jobs. br>It appears to have been well manufactured. I would also recommend it for small tractor/workloads, etc. However, before purchasing an ATV/UTV, I would advise you to take a close look and measure your available space. br>I thought it was a little pricey, but I went ahead and tried it. I'm not returning it; I'll put it to good use on our other toys. However, due to the length issue, I will not purchase another. br>Can you tell me why you only gave it three stars? I would have given it a lower rating if I didn't have any other projects in mind. It appears to work with UTVs based on the description. On a Rhino 660, it's clear that it won't work. However, I like the design, and it works on a few of our other tools.
This is a very well-made product, and I like that I can tow with it without having to change hitches. This hitch fits my John Deere 6x4 Gator perfectly, and the paint and welding are excellent. However, I do have one criticism. Don't be fooled by the "frequently purchased together" promotion. Despite the fact that it is not mentioned in the product description, the hitch comes with its own hitch pin. When I saw the deal, I realized I needed the Curt hitch pin, so I bought it as well. It's not a good idea to do that! This hitch pin has a diameter that is too large for this hitch, so it will not fit. I'd return it if it wasn't for the fact that it was only $3. I've got ten of them, and I'm sure I'll find a use for them eventually. Because the advertisers, not the hitch manufacturer, are to blame, I'm still giving it five stars.
I like that this hitch has all three hookups, but the rise on the ball, combined with the fact that it does not extend far enough away from the wheeler, prevents me from using it on my Polaris Sporstman 570. My wheeler now has a polaris rear bumper, and I can't hook onto the ball with it because the ball is too close to the wheeler and bumper. This would get 5 stars if the ball was smaller or the hitch was longer (preferably both). However, on any four-wheeler with a rear bumper, it simply does not work.
How can you possibly lose money on a used hitch? It arrived, looked great, but the manufacturer welded the tube with the pin hole on top to bottom, rather than side to side, as all said, despite the fact that whoever ordered it first decided to keep the pin! No problem, I have a few on hand, at a good price, but buyer beware! I buy a lot of used stuff from Amazon, and usually if the box is damaged, they send it back without inspecting the product. This is the second used item I've had an issue with out of probably 50!.
This was purchased for a Reese receiver that is in class 1. Even though receivers use square tubing, the corners are round, so they used square stock for the insert, which sounds like it should work. As a result, I chamfered the corners of the insert to make it fit. It slid right in like it should have to begin with, only to discover that the pin hole didn't line up because the insert was about 1/16 shorter than it should have been or the welds were larger than they should have been. I should've returned it right away.
It performs admirably and is extremely adaptable to whatever task I have in mind. I can tow my 6x12 trailer behind the Ranger because of the sturdy ball. The tow- It's easy to connect to my other yard equipment thanks to the loop and drop pin hole, which eliminates the need for another hitch. It is very sturdy and includes a rubber piece to ensure a tight fit and prevent rattling.
