Yes, they swivel up and down as well as side to side, but you must loosen and tighten the fasteners.

It was a perfect fit for my space. I wish there was a bracket on the back to hold them in place. I had no choice but to come up with something on my own.

The colors are extremely vivid

I put them in as backup lights. The colors are extremely vivid. On my boat trailer, I used them as backup lights. It's not a problem for me to be submerged.
