Questions & Answers

What is the equivalent of two 44423s in the 2 pack 44425?

Yes, it should be the same for both. One should be a single pack and one should be

Can you tell me how long the chock is? As for my twin-wheeler, the tires are worn out There is a relatively close spacing between the axle trailers. ?

Their dimensions are 11" long according to Camco's customer service. I have tires that are very close together (less than 2"), and they fit between them fine, and work just fine. When placing the cables, just make sure they are pushed firmly under the edge of the tire.

Do the gray pieces have to be purchased separately?

It is necessary for you to buy

Raising the fifth wheel to say 3, there will be three wheels on the ground. Now that you've positioned your camper 5" from the ground on one side, you want to disconnect your truck and leave it. Getting back in a car would be difficult, wouldn't it?

As long as the truck is very unlevel, which can happen when the 5th wheel is parked there intentionally, that is to say don't disconnect from the truck? If this is the case, don't park there specifically about how to connect to the truck?

A RISK YOU CANNOT IMAGINE! It is possible to park on any surface with these since the material they are made of is extremely slippery
3/5

The surface lacks any traction at all, so some people have attached rubber grip strips to it, which I have also done. Despite all of that, I still won't use these ever again and advise everyone else to avoid them. Recently, I used one of these under both tires on one side of my trailer. I put the chocks in place before leveling it. After I disconnected the truck, the trailer sat for about 10 minutes before it needed to be reconnected. During one of the final utility hookups, my wife and I were inside the trailer when the chocks suddenly detached from under the levelers, causing the trailer to be pushed forward over one foot and off the pad that the front foot I was thankful that my wife did not sustain any serious injuries when she landed on the floor. My truck's jack helped me lift the trailer's front far enough so that it could go back on the hitch, and then I leveled it again with old-fashioned block levelers. I found it to be very unnerving and frightening. As a result of the design of these levelers, I fully expect the manufacturer to be sued if someone is injured. Having thrown mine away, I have no use for it.

As he slides across the ground
3/5

I do not like it which is probably due to the poor design and fact that it slides on There is a tandem axle on my vehicle. I find it frustrating to have one ramp grab and the other slide. A portion of it has actually broken in two. There will be no response from Camco. Buying 50 bucs is a foolish investment you will never be able to recover. Please listen to what CAMCO has to say! It is important to me that I like this product. I disagree, however.

It's a lot better than carrying a pile of wood around
5/5

I really like how easy it is to use. After I learned a few tricks to make them easier to grasp, they became a lot easier to pull on. When I read about these before purchasing them, I learned that they occasionally slip when you try to pull your wheels up on Despite that, I decided to put them through the ringer anyway, since I was tired of carrying around wood planks for my leveling. I'm going to tell you You will not be pulling against the trailer brakes even if you use the TV brakes when using these. First off, if you set the electric brake controller to 0, you won't be pulling against the trailer brakes. During most of the reported slippages, I suspect this might be the issue. Putting my TV into 4- was another thing I did Vehicles will not all have low clearance (not all vehicles I have found that this gives me much more control over the amount of power (torque) I apply. Due to these two factors, especially the setting of the brake controller to "0", I had no slipping at all. Please take note It's important to reset your brake controller back to its original tow setting before the next stop otherwise the next stop may After I had flushed the wheel with the ground, I put the wheel chocks on and I was ready to go All will be stabilized if you expand in. Once I placed the black wedges in, I disconnected the TV and sat back to enjoy my blessed leveling. Although I had some trouble getting the wedges out, what I did was to set the TV to 4, and I set the controller to 0, and then the wedges came out easily. The low price. After removing the chock, my wife tried to move the TT forward an inch or two. So I removed the black wedges and then, after backing the TT off the levelers, she removed the wedges. In the photo, I used these at their maximum height the first time I used them, but I should not have to do that again. All in all, I felt these were very good I like how light and easy they are to clean, how easy to carry, and how convenient they are.

The owner doesn't recommend this product because it is too short
3/5

A long product will have a very steep incline to overcome, resulting in a very steep slope. The reason I selected these was that these are short and they would easily fit between my tandem wheels with no modifications required. Due to the short design of the platform, the incline range of 0" to 4" is very steep and not conducive to easy small changes. It's difficult to find a height where I fit between 0 and 4, and I am not comfortable adjusting around those two heights. Perhaps with more practice they can prove to be more useful, however a steep learning curve is not why I purchased them. Due to the fact that the product technically works, I am giving it two stars rather than one.

Worked like a charm! My wife says these work well despite the fact that the process is frightening
5/5

It's down, we just need to slide the grey block into the hole until it's level. The gray blocks have been great for leveling my 28' camper, but my daughter has been scared to use them. Pulling forward to get the blocks out, then rolling off the yellow ramps is what scares her.

We were able to fit our 30 foot travel trailer just fine
5/5

The purpose of the leveler was to level our Grand Design travel trailer of 30 feet tall. The camco leveler seemed like the most logical choice for me based on the way the holes were drilled within the structure that looked like it would be able to hold the weight without breaking. None of the Anderson levelers were in my price range. It seems that some other reviews had mentioned a problem with getting the wheels to bite into the leveler on concrete or asphalt? I had no problem getting the wheels to bite down on concrete or asphalt. Before you roll the wheels onto the levellers, align the wheels, then tap the levelers under each wheel, slowly roll the wheels up until you are at the desired height, and then, with the emergency brake on, insert the chalk that comes with the wheel, securing it in place. tackled it all by myself without assistance and found it to be a very easy process. As an added bonus, I learned that these levellers can also be used to raise a trailer if a tire should get flat on a tandem axle transportation unit. A leveler would simply be placed under the unaffected tire, and you would then roll it up to the maximum height and lock it. The driver is amazed at this but you won't have to use a standard Jack to change your flat tire since it raises the axle enough for you to do it. Because we never know how long something will last until we use it for a long time, I cannot speak to its durability, but I do notice it is sturdy and well made of some sort of semi-metallic material. Polycarbonate with a flexible structure.

Your homework must be done! The other day my husband was watching a YouTube video and saw these being used
5/5

Since we have been RV campers for a long time, we thought this leveling aid would be a better alternative than the interlocking stacking squares we had been using. In the video, we saw how they were used, and because two directions are not given, that made sense at least! The best way to level is with at least two people Our unit includes two compass devices, one driving and one guiding, in addition to a level, which is easy to read (there is an electronic compass for the inside floor and a big bubble level for our fifth The yellow pieces go behind the tires on one side, you back the rig onto them until it is level on both sides, then you wedge the black pieces into place There is no need to stack the When it comes to stacking, it is always a guessing game and sometimes involves a couple of moves into and out of the way in order to get the numbers Look for a video that shows you how they are used!.
