I expected this to be close to what I got

I expected this to be close to what I got. The "back" side of this with the hole and relief cuts is not flexible, which is my chief complaint. There is no reason to believe it. I don't see the point of relief cuts. In case it doesn't pass through the round hole, there is next to no room for give.

As I'm not using this for an RV - this is a little different. My only intention is to route an extension cord through an exterior wall made of plywood and I will have to modify that opening in order for the female end to pass Other than that, I think it should do the job that I have in mind.
