Wow, these lights are incredibly bright. I've lived in this house in the woods for 32 years and have never seen anything like it. I was walking up the driveway and thought a farm tractor was passing by.
With the included screws, it's a breeze to put it together. Bright lights and a neat appearance. My travel trailer's storage areas are now much brighter. They are connected to an interior switch in the trailer, but they also have their own switches, so one can be turned off while the other is in use. I like them so much, and they're such a good deal, that I'm going to get two more sets to put in two smaller storage bays. They don't appear to be waterproof, so I'm not sure how well they'd hold up on the outside of a trailer. Rainwater cannot get to the LEDs because there are no rubber gaskets.
I put three of these on my 20' enclosed trailer, and they work perfectly. It brightens up the outside nicely, and the cool thing is that it has a switch on it, so you can turn one or both off depending on your needs. I've connected them to the load side of a Renogy 40a charge controller so I can turn them on from inside the truck or house using the app. There are no errors or warnings. Each one has a wattage of approximately 4 watts.
br>br>They lit up very brightly when bench tested in a dark workshop. br>br>It was a good investment in the needed lighting area. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! br>br>.
The Good: They're functional, with plenty of light and a variety of lenses to choose from, and they're two-in-one. The Bad: It comes in a pack and is very inexpensive. br>br>The Good: It comes in a pack and is very inexpensive. b The On/Off switch is held in place by VERY FLIMSY plastic clips that fail to hold the switch in place, causing it to pop out. Before I could mount it on my trailer, I had to glue it in place. Recommend to the seller that they replace the switch assembly with a metal one for a few cents. It's also worth noting that the lamp's plastic housing is extremely thin.
The light has a slight blue tint to it, which sets it apart from the other LED lights I bought. I prefer pure white lights. br>br>The brand I got is Kohree LED RV Porch Light, which is a tad bit brighter and white. br>br>The two are nearly identical in the way they are made, but the LED boards are different and the lenses are a tiny bit different, but they are interchangeable. Because neither of the lights I purchased were truly waterproof, I siliconed them up except for the bottom of the lens to allow for drainage. br>br>The screws included in the kits are extremely small and appear to be a joke.
Good value for money.
These lamps are fantastic.
