These covers are sold as a pair.
The 29 to 31 would be my choice. 75 because there is elastic to secure it over your tires, and I believe it would be a more comfortable fit. The elastic would cinch it up to the tire even if it was an inch or two larger.
These covers are designed to fit a 26-inch laptop. 75" - Tires with a diameter of 29" and a height of 8. Tire width is 5".

I ordered the next larger size after reading reviews, but the covers were too big, so I returned them. The second set of covers arrived in perfect condition, but they are still a little loose, and I wish there was some kind of tie down string or elastic along it to better hug the wheel and prevent it from blowing away. The covers, at least for my size cover and wheel, simply slip over the wheel and lay there, with little "hugging" capability.
In December, I bought these. I wanted wheel covers that I didn't have to put on while crawling around in the mud. The material is of good quality and the garment is well-fitting. In Montana, it's now March, and both wheel covers have vanished. They were blown away by the wind, and the trailer is now parked on the garage's lee side, out of the way of the prevailing wind. All three covers (spare) are still present in the second trailer with clip-on covers. I'm going to order more of the crawl around in the mud wheel covers because replacing them every time the wind blows is very expensive. If you keep your trailer in a garage, they'll be fine.
These appear to be well-made and long-lasting. I ordered the 24" to 27" size for my 24" tires after reading reviews that they run small. The radius portion of the cover fits perfectly, but the cover is too tall, causing it to crumple at the bottom, as shown in the photo. Also, the cover's interior is soft fleece, which will get wet in the elements and mildew because it is on the inside and will not dry. That material is ideal for nesting by critters, and it will almost certainly be shredded. Unless you're building a show car, I don't see why the lining couldn't be made of a different material. I'm thinking of lowering the cover's height so it doesn't touch the ground.
Sure, the ad says 2pk, but if you read the last section, that does not catch your eye; this is a good fit for my JEEP; I was meticulousbr>in making sure the size was right; the assumption is that we need four, a FULL SET; they should BOLDLY STATE; THE SET IS NOT COMPLETE. br>I thought I'd give these a try because they were about the same price as my old set, but now I have to double my money to finish the set. br>SO NOT HAPPY, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
For the past four years, I've been using these covers on the boat tires. They've experienced rain, snow, sun, and wind, as well as other outdoor elements. I'm impressed with how well they've stood up to the test of time. Fading and cracks are minimal. They appear to be fantastic. . . . simply filthy. These are an absolute must if you want to keep your tires protected from the elements. I live on the eastern plains of Colorado, where it can get quite windy, so I placed the covers over the trailer tires to make sure they fit, and they did. Without a strap attached to the bottom portion of the cover, I don't think these covers will stay on in the wind. To keep them in place, I plan to sew on some straps with side snap buckles. Even if they fall off, the straps will secure them around the axels, preventing them from blowing away. Although the manufacturer made no mention of straps, several reviews indicated that they did exist. They don't, to be sure. The top elastic pulls down to about 1/3 of the tire, but in high windy areas, I don't think they'll stay put with just the elastic.
The fit is excellent, the quality is satisfactory, and they typically last 5 years or longer. The name is on one of the covers of this black pair that I purchased, but not on the other. I wish they both had the same name or didn't have one. But that is just my opinion. The product is one I would strongly recommend.
Good value for money and a good product. br>After the first summer in direct sunlight, they show some weather-related fading - But, rather than the tires, I'd rather have these take the beating. br>However, they are blown away. They're the right size for my trailer, but they've blown off three times, with one of them completely lost. The bottom is a tad too sloppy. br>To keep them secure, add a grommet and tie or bungee them behind the tire.
