The measurement should be taken from the outside of the wheel, not from the rim size, as is done with tires

It seems nice but it's a bit misleading in size. There needs to be a clearer indication that the size of the cover is measured across the outside of the tire, and is not based on the diameter of the rim. Most wheel accessories list size by rim diameter, just as the wheel and tires themselves are sized. Having 15" wheels, I assumed 19" wheels would be the perfect fit for me It would be fine to use a 22" cover. A 15" wheel has a 25" outside diameter, so it is natural to assume that it is about 25" inside. Since I also was at fault, I kept both covers and used one to cover an extra on my trailer, having each cover half of the space. It is possible to use them for that purpose.

Generally a good product, however the vinyl tends to discolor over time

Good cover for the wheels. However, they discolor and turn brown after a period of time. This might be due to an interaction between the material and the chemicals in the tire. Otherwise, they do a good job of.
