I think if these covers are meant to keep out UV light they do no good keeping the tires from getting damaged by it. The covers fit perfectly and have held onto the tires with strong and gusty winds. There is a lot of light that comes through the white covers (I ordered white) and I am As you can see from my photo, daylight is passing right through the cover on my spare tire, and the hand shadow can be clearly discerned In regards to my suspicions, I bought a UV meter on Amazon and UV detecting beads (for lack of a better word, beads). Because the item description does not specify what width the 30" x 33" is for, I ordered the second option of a 9" width instead, which gave me more problems. We ordered these for our motorhome in two different sets. The products look as if they were manufactured by different companies, as I am aware that an increasing amount of outsourcing takes place today. There is one set that is thick and covers a larger area at the bottom of the tire. There is a noticeable difference in quality and thickness between the vinyl and the paper. As the covers I had at the time did not fit well and were becoming brittle, I bought these ones to replace them. The new covers are perfect! I am over the moon with them! I'm impressed with how well they fit and how high-quality they seem. I am very happy with these, they are far superior to the old ones and the price was also really good.

It appears to be good quality, but there was no clue as to how to order the proper size. When received, they are far too small, and I have to pay $8 for them. They shipped them back at a cost of $. 00, so I had to reorder a different size. The box indicates how to order the size you need, but the directions were vague when ordering.
