This was purchased to replace another cover on a 2015 Rockwood AW192H a-frame guitar. frame. The 14'-long The 16' cover fits well, and the height is sufficient to reach, but not exceed, the trailer's bottom. br>br>The cover's quality is currently in doubt due to its thinness, but only time will tell if it can withstand the elements. br>br>The tie is one of my favorites. downs, as well as the throw bag that comes with it; Prepare to fill with your own weight, however. I was expecting the throw bag to be a pre-made item. It's a beanbag, but it's also a hook. loop bag about the size of a hockey puck (which is perfect for the weight). br>br>As a precaution (after replacing two covers for the same issue), I've placed table corner protectors, similar to those used to toddler-proof a home, on all four corners of the roof, in the hopes that the covering will not tear open in high winds. br>br>Depending on how the cover holds up after a year, I may update this review.
Things to keep in mind: 1) This material isn't water resistant. 2) Water will pool on the roof if there are any irregularities. br>3) The tarp's length is the length of the trailer's pop-up portion, excluding the tongue (which, in retrospect, makes sense). br>br>I purchased this for my new popup shop. When I put the cover on, I realized it was the wrong size (I bought it based on the length of the tongue to tail, not the length of the popup part, doh), but it still worked, if a little too far in front. However, after the first rainstorm, I noticed that there was a lot of water pooling on the roof due to the roof's edges. When I loosened it to look underneath, I discovered that the entire roof was soaked. I've covered the cover with a few plastic containers and pool noodles, but I'm not optimistic that water won't seep through. On the plus side, the loose end caused by the incorrect size should allow for more airflow, allowing for faster drying.
It's now shredded and no longer protects my camper. I've contacted the company twice now and have yet to receive a response. As a result, the "Lifetime warranty" is just as shoddy as the product itself. STAY AWAY. I didn't need to spend $100 on a tarp that would last a season for $20! Such a letdown.
This item isn't long lasting. My camper, a Fleetwood Sun Valley with a 12 foot box, is a Fleetwood Sun Valley. I bought a cover that was sized for a 10-inch book. It fits nicely in a 12 foot long camper. The cover could fit a camper slightly longer than 12 feet, as shown in the photo of the back of the camper. The extra length, on the other hand, allowed me to stretch it over the spare tire and back bumper. UPDATE - There are two tears in it already. Not a long-lasting product. It hasn't even been two years since it started. I had high hopes for this one. THE LAST UPDATE - In less than three years, it was ripped to shreds and thrown away.
Use for 4 months. The fabric was thin, and I could tell right away that it wouldn't last; this new cover, on the other hand, already appears to be more durable. Despite the fact that I am parked under a metal roof, the pop up is still exposed to the elements because the building's sides are open. The cover has lasted two months without showing any signs of wear. It's simple to set up and take down. When folded up, the bag is too big to fit inside the cover. The straps easily snap together for tightening down. I bought the 14'- 16'10" (back to front of tongue) pop-up for my 18'10" pop-up It protects the air conditioning, propane tanks, battery, lift system, and trailer coupler, which is exactly what I needed. I strongly advise you to use this cover for your pop-culture project.
I was initially concerned about some of the negative comments, as well as the size fitting only 14 - 16 feet . The Coleman Westlake pop-up camper is what we have. I was under the impression that our pop up trailer was 16 feet and 4 inches long, but I couldn't go out and measure it because it was 35 minutes away. All I had were the specs, which stated that it was 16 feet and 4 inches long, but I couldn't tell if that meant the box or the entire trailer. It turned out to be the full length of the trailer. Nonetheless, with this cover, we had about 2 feet of extra length. To make it a little more secure, we repurposed some old tie downs. I wish there were more vertical tie downs on the corners so you could cinch up the entire cover. br>br>Pros: br>High-density, heavy-duty polyester ripstop stop materialbr>Very largebr>Nice clipsbr>Comes with patching materialbr>Nice storage bagbr>Good value/pricebr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br br>More clips are needed on the corners and ends to keep everything together.
I have a Coleman popup that is 22 feet long and 5 feet wide. When closed, it stands 2in tall. It's 28 feet long and twice as wide when it's open as it is when it's closed. On top of that, I built a boat rack that stands 6 feet off the ground. The cover was simple to put together, and I am confident that it will meet my expectations. The cover does not come as close to the ground as I would have liked, so I gave it a four-star rating. I would pay extra money if the cover were 12in to 18in longer on each side.
It's better to write a review after the product has been used for a while, and this tarp hasn't been used yet. However, the material appears to be tough and durable. I'll have to see how it performs in the sun for a while, but it's complete and simple to use. It's a perfect match for the Aliner Classic. Material has been added to aid in the prevention of future tears. br>br>What I like best is that the storage bag isn't ridiculously small; it's roomy enough that no one has to sit on it while the other zips. All of my other tents and pop-up structures The up bags are far too small.
