I still use it, but I had to come up with a new way to make it work. I used double-sided tape for this project. It's still in decent condition.
When I purchased it, it included hook and loop.
They're 16X16 inches in size.
Both sides are reflective. Only one side of the velcro is attached.

I wasn't looking for insulation, just sun blocking, and this is perfect. The room is now nice and dark, and I don't get up as early as I used to. It does the job, is simple to set up, and is reasonably priced.
m. sun beaming into your room isn't fun. I came across this while looking for something else and decided to purchase it. At 8 a. m. , our bedroom was still quite dark due to the dark curtains and this cover. It appeals to me. br>br>It's very simple to put together; it comes with eight Velcro pieces that you can attach to the vent's corner before attaching the remaining pieces to the cover. It took only 3 minutes to set up. I pressed them firmly against the plastic for about 10 seconds, then set them aside for a few days to allow the glue to cure. br>br>I would suggest this product to anyone who wants their camper rooms to be dark first thing in the morning.
Our hybrid camper is 28 feet long and has a skylight in the bathroom. I wanted to test this out to see if it could help keep some of the heat from the sun out in the summer and help trap the warmth when camping in colder weather. br>The size was ideal, and it came with sticky Velcro pieces. br>My main problem is that I can't seem to get the Velcro to stick to my camper vent, even after thoroughly cleaning it before installation. I'm going to try gluing the Velcro pieces to my camper vent in the future because they seem to stick to the vent cover much better. br>br>There are no complaints about the cover itself or its function, but when it comes to removing it for showers and reinstalling it, the Velcro pieces are just too aggressive and stick together too well, overpowering the sticky pad mount to your camper's vent.
These items are small and light, and they usually do a good job of keeping the sun out of your RV. I deduct one star because I believe they are overpriced. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative Velcro is provided, but it is of poor quality. The two sides of this velcro are very similar, unlike most other velcro. Ensure that all of the velcro pieces are placed on the same surface. If you use some of each velcro type on the same surface, the Cover can only be reattached in one orientation later. If you are careful to put all of the velcro pieces on properly and space them evenly from the edge of the fan shroud, you will be able to put the cover on in any direction the next time you put it on.
My husband used alcohol to clean the surface before applying the Velcro, and it worked perfectly, so I bought another one. For our two-bathroom coach, this is ideal. When we go glamping, it definitely helps block the heat while we're parked in uncovered storage, as well as the bright sunlight coming in before we want to get up.
When the sun rises and it's difficult to sleep in an RV park, we used these in our camper to block out light. My husband can't sleep well when there's a lot of light coming in, so we put two of these in the larger window to block it out. Just make sure the sticky hook and loop fastners are in the right place because moving the hooks will rip the silver part. Others that had pads in them and could be removed were purchased to cover the vent lights. These are placed next to each other in our bedroom window to keep the room dark in the morning.
It's fantastic! It was also very simple to put together. During the summer, it also helps to keep the room cool. Our new trailer has yet to be used in other seasons. However, I believe that this product will also help to reduce the cold during the winter months.
These can be found on the vents in our bedroom and bathroom. It's simple to remove the Velcro and use the vent. In our shower, we have one as well. Because it's a few inches too small, only a small amount of light gets in, but that's not a problem. It does a good job of keeping the heat at bay.
