The items we wanted seem to be exactly what they are. Unfortunately, I bought these, then we couldn't get to the trailer (which is parked on our property) until quite some time later. We were so excited when we finally got there, only to realize the slider was too small and we missed the return window. Are there any ways for us to return them? We purchased two of them, but they are a bit pricey? Would it be possible for you to lend a hand?.
I have a class A motorhome, and this is way too small. Because I had to wait a couple of months before I could do it, I was not able to return My original plan was to give it away to others with RV's and then it didn't fit their This is a great idea, but it needs to be available in more sizes!.
I am in love with There was a slight discoloration on the product that was on the door from the factory, whereas this one OEM-quality at a fraction of the cost! Once you bend it a tiny bit, it fits beautifully in the tracks. It comes pre-assembled, and all you have to do is bend it a tiny bit to fit. It is a product I recommend.
I had a screen door slider in my RV that didn't fit this. It has the correct dimensions The orientation is turned 90 degrees from what it should be. It would be great if the description of this slider was better described in it's product information. It should say, " this slider is designed for replacing a slider panel opening that is 12" wide by 9 3/4" In the lower right side of the panel, the knob is used to operate the door handle. It didn't work for my RV. I am disappointed with this.
part for an original on our RV that yellowed and cracked over time. This replacement part was clear and the same thickness as the original part. As with the original, this one is also likely to yellow and crack over time. The original lasted almost 5 years, so if it lasts that long, it is a great.
In the end, I was disappointed to find that this was about 2" too small for use in the trailer screen door when I was ready to install it. I missed my return deadline by two days, so I'm left with a piece of plastic I don't know where to put it. Despite that, it is an excellent concept.
In the past couple of weeks I have ordered two of these products and both have bubble rap stains on them. It is tough to describe the problem. Not sure if the package has been in place so long that this is the cause and not the product itself. It would be great if you could review the product once it has been received. The second one I kept because I don't want to deal with all It fit perfectly, but the quality of the material was poor.
