According to the gentleman in a youtube video, to cover 350 square feet, 1 gallon of water would be enough. A little over 37 feet in length is my recreational vehicle. Two coats were also suggested in the video, so I purchased two I was surprised that one gallon gave me two coats and I still had a little bit My RV is nearly 15 years old, so I have a lot of hairline cracks and I am very pleased with this product. I'm unsure how long it will last but I am planning to apply two more coats now that I have two more gallons. Initially, it appears it sealed the roof and the hairline cracks, but there is not much time left to tell if it will last for very long.
My product of choice was one recommended to me as it flows well and seems to stand up to wear and tear.
However, using bleach that has been diluted with a soft scrub brush should almost accomplish the same thing - just be sure to reseal the roof afterward! Thanks for the tip, but I'd rather use bleach and a soft scrub brush because it should work too.
I remember that the description says to "drape and cover the sides of the vehicle and the front and back with polyethylene sheeting after doing my MH internship.". In my case, I used the cleaning product, flushed it off the sides and completed the job on a 4-inch round. To flush down and remove the paint from a five foot area, have my daughter do it. By my feeling, the cleaning product would be diluted by my scrubbing on the roof, and in turn, the flushing by my helper would ensure that there would be no residue left behind. It As far as the coating's longevity is concerned, they say 5-years The last 7 years have been I am still seeing good results and the seal is still intact after three to four

of all, I can't emphasize enough how important it is to wrap your rig in plastic and seal it at the edges. The finish on the sides of the rig will be eaten off by this stuff. During the runoff, the runoff found some small gaps, so I have to compound and wax two streaks. As long as you follow the instructions to the letter, it will turn out perfectly. I even heard a squeak on the surface since my sneakers squeaked upon wearing the prepped surface. You will almost immediately see an amber hue when you spray it on. There's also a really bad smell to it! If you scrub it in, it becomes easy to see exactly where you have scrubbed, since the fiberglass changes from a white ashy shade to a yellow color like that.
I believe the prep work played a crucial role in the quality of the coating. It is important that the roof is completely dry before I begin coating it, but I will address that when we discuss the coating.
I tried this product with Dicor roof paint. It did not work. The prep wash was used, followed by sanding and washing again, and then a final clean with acetone, then the paint went on. After following the directions on the paint to the letter, there were bubbles in the paint when I turned on the AC on the first night. The results were improved after being left to dry for more than three days. If you are willing to waste your time and money, buy this paint.
I have to encapsulate my coach to protect it from this stuff ruining the paint or decals over time, since this product is very hard on the coach walls. On my coach, the roof coating is coming off. The product from Henry should be used. There is no product like this one that I have ever used.
It's a product line I use every time I travel by Results that are always of top quality.
My skin was nicely covered with this and it went on easily. There was no need to apply additional coats as the roof looked brand new after two layers.
After the second year, the surface began turning chalky and four years in, it was as bad as the fiberglass applied on top of it. This is not a purchase I will make Since it worked for only 2 years, I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 5 because I need a more lasting solution this time.
When I ordered two, I only got one. Not enough to get the job done.
It is enough to cover the roofs of about four RVs.
