Repairing minor damage to rubber membrane roofs on industrial buildings. I recently used it to seal a few joints and plugs on the roof of a 2016 Ford Transit van. All of the jobs have held up well over time, and if necessary, they can be cleaned with mineral spirits and a plastic scraper. Repairs have a long life span.
I've used a lot of caulk on my RVs over the years and this is the best. If you're looking for something that's even better than factory, you've found it. br>However, don't use it when it's too hot outside because it won't level out for a long time.
The product comes in a white color that blends well with the rubber roof and coach end cap. It doesn't run very fast, so it was a little difficult to apply smoothly. Also, the instructions provided with the product aren't as detailed as a novice might require. YouTube proved to be more beneficial.
The bright white color matches my RV's fiberglass roof, and the adhesion/sealing ability is excellent.
It is the best for sealing seams on the top of an RV or camper, but it is also the most expensive.
I'm glad I ordered extra tubes to make up for it. The travel trailer now has a nice new seal.
long-term results I'd suggest it.
This was used to cover the roof of my RV.
