I read the reviews before purchasing this toy hauler, which is 6 years old and exposed to the elements in the north east. This product is pricey, but did not disappoint me. Using the use suggestion, I poured half of the gallon of cleaner in a bucket, applied it with a soft brush with a handle when the temperature was in the low 60's outside, and left it on for an hour or so. began by spraying off the front of the roof first to wet it before wetting the rest of Cleaner can be applied with a brush dipped in cleaner and applied in the center of the roof at the highest point, so that the cleaner will move down the slope of the roof and perform its task as it moves. Due to our roof's extreme filth, it gave the cleaner time to soak in some water. About 37' is the length of our trailer. I still had cleaner in the bottom of the bucket when I was done. There were a few places that I felt needed more attention, so I carefully went over these with a stiffer bristled brush. It ended up being a very good job for the cleaner. I highly recommend the roof rubber as it is white, repels water, and brightened the lap sealer joints a bit. I would definitely recommend this product and would be inclined to.
to fix the roof of my 10 year old camper, which I've owned for 5 years. I believe it was the first time anything had been done to the roof since it was purchased. Despite not being factory made, it worked well in Wyoming/Coal Country sun for 10 years? Roof gets cleaned up nicely, and there is no mess, roof and sides continue to be rinsed as I go, not much product used, and I think it'll be a good idea to do it again in a few the product 5 stars because if you have an older RV roof, it is perfect. It's not my fault, nor is it the fault of others, that the roof is damaged. Those who have rubber roofs on their RVs should consider using a rubber roof conditioner once a year so their roof will last longer.
As a result of normal usage, my 2019 travel trailer roof developed mold spots along the roof sheathing joints and became generally dirty. We decided to use this product during a cool, overcast day to allow the product to sit for a little bit. There was nothing special about it. This product has cleaned half of the roof, and regular boat/RV soap cleaned the other half. It looks exactly the same after both halves have been cleaned. All those who claim that they got "amazing" results deserve congratulations. Comparing this to the normal boat/rv soap, I did not see any distinguishing qualities. You just end up with really expensive soap for your boat or RV. I am not going to give it one star since it did clean something. It gets a paltry 2 stars because of its price.
Today was cloudy and 55 degrees outside, so I decided to use the ladder. It is time for me to tell you a story. This stuff works when I use cold water and a long handle scrub brush. Perhaps I could have gotten a little bit more clean if I had used hot water. In the end, I only wanted to collect the crude before storing it for the During spring, I will wear a medieval costume and use hot water. I used less than half the cleaner, allowing me to get it done in just a little more than an hour. Here's a comparison of before and after.
I've been using this for years, but did not want to go to Camper World to get it because I didn't want to make the trip there. As the prices were close to the same, I bought it from Amazon. This cleans and conditions the roof, so at the cost of repairing the roof, it is more than worth it to maintain it.
There is no chemical in this product that kills If you want to remove moss, you should use bleach rather than buying expensive products. As for cleaning general dirt, I suppose any soap would do the job, but perhaps it did do an okay job. It was a pleasure to use the sprayer that came with it.
In the end, it turned out that the roof was dirty, but this made it white again with very little effort, just pour in a bucket, use a soft bristled brush, and it cleans.
Winter cover for our travel trailer keeps accumulated dirt from accumulation, but cleaning and conditioning with Thetford Rubber Roof Cleaner and Conditioner removes this dirt easily.
