Questions & Answers

Is it possible to clean an RV awning with this product?

Yes, I used it to clean the awnings over my slide-outs, and it did a great job. I used a hose to rinse, but you could also use a mop and bucket.

Is this only for rubber roofs, or can it also be used on a tpo roof, and how about the sealer? tpo safe? tpo is mentioned briefly, but the rest of the information is on rubbe?

I'm not sure if tpo roofing is the same as RV membrane roofing, but I've used it on both. I recently sold a 13-year-old trailer with membrane roofing that had been cleaned and treated with this brand's UV protectant at least once a year. It didn't leak and looked great.

Is the rubber boot on the front door of a front-load washer safe?

That is an excellent suggestion! If it's rubber, I believe it'll be fine to use it on it.

There's a lot here! I understand why the directions say to'mop up' the mess after spraying it on
5/5

ALL OF THE CHALK IS DISSOLVED AND REMOVED! It would be a mess on the paint if you allowed the'mud' to run over the edge. It's also not difficult. I started by rinsing the roof and spraying the product, which instantly dissolved black marks and all the white chalk with just a few mop sweeps. After rinsing the mop, return to mop up the liquid residue. After rinsing the roof and sides with a hose, the result was brilliant white. Only 1/4 of this bottle was used by Coach 42'. br>I returned to the Pro-Am with the Pro-Am. Then I used the Tec Cleaner, which is more like soap and is much milder, followed by the Pro-Clean. Tec sealer (it was less expensive than Protect All sealer, but Protect sealer might be better as well). Pro- is a plus. With a sponge or a mop, I was able to quickly remove the white streaks from the side paint! I wouldn't use this Protect All on the paint because it might be too strong.

Use water if you're going to use it
3/5

This cleaner is a complete waste of time. I followed the directions and sprayed it on with a circular motion with a brush. I stepped back after cleaning about 25% of my EPDM roof and realized it wasn't possible to tell where I had cleaned or had not cleaned. This cleaner, on the other hand, did nothing at all. I'm going back to get my money back.

Save your money if you're not impressed
3/5

This stuff does not impress me in the least. It's only been a year since I bought my 35-foot trailer. It's a tan/almond epdm roof with a lot of black crud from the trees on it. It took maybe 50% of it off with some hard scrubbing with a scrub brush and that was with some hard scrubbing with a scrub brush and that was with some hard scrubbing with There is still what appears to be mold or mildew on it in various places that this product will not remove; save your money and use dawn dish soap and bleach instead. Then I washed it completely with Mcguires wash n wax car soap, which worked the best. I'm going to spray some "303 protectant" on it soon in the hopes of making cleaning it easier in the future.

Roof cleaner made of rubber
4/5

Delivery was very quick. I used the entire bottle to clean the EPDM roof on my travel trailer. I bought a cheap sponge mop from Walmart and sprayed it on a 3x3 section before scrubbing the mildew and chalk away. After getting tired of spraying it, I simply opened the bottle and poured it on the roof, then scrubbed it thoroughly. I had to re-roof because I sprayed the entire roof off. Scrub thoroughly to remove all of the dirt and debris. It was a good product that was a little pricey but did the job. I would not attempt to use a 5-gallon bucket. You'd spend the entire day on the roof, dumping dirty water and hauling clean water up!.

Nothing is more effective at cleaning your rubber roof
5/5

Protect All Rubber Roof Cleaner is the only product I use to clean the roof of my RV. It's simple to use and performs admirably. To see how it's done, I recommend watching Protect All's YouTube video. You're not going to be let down.

Do not use a hose to remove the product; instead, read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly! After spraying, I got down on my hands and knees and wiped it down with rags before drying it off with a dry towel
5/5

It was the most effective, but it was a little taxing on the knees!.

Cleaning is too time consuming
3/5

If cleaning is too much trouble, simply use a small pressure washer.
