It is the lowest wire on the motherboard I used for negative. The only issue might be that it may run in reverse, then
The wiring harness is supposed to be included with this? What if my 2001 Wrangler has a different wiring pattern from what it has now?
I ordered a 2004 Wrangler and the fit is perfect. complaint was that they failed to mark +/- on the orders Wire the pump backwards if you wish since it has terminals on both ends. You can instantly reverse the electrical connections on the pump motor by reversing the terminals.
Does this apply to the front or the ?
Hello Josh, the washer for the rear and the front is the same. The front one went out, so I moved the rear washer from the factory to the front and bought the rear washer for replacement.
Is this wire harness compatible with the factory one?
I was able to mount it on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler with no problems

I was able to fit it into my 2000 Cherokee (XJ)
This washer fits perfectly and is working perfectly in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) Some reviewers complained they could not get the washer to fit securely, but those are very old reviews, and mine fit perfectly and no leaks have been reported. I only have one issue with it, however, and that is the negative connector doesn't have a rubber jacket on it to protect it from moisture. The problem can be easily fixed if you apply heatshrink yourself but it should come with the package. Seeing as the directions tell you not which terminal is positive and which is negative, I posted a picture of one of my old ones labeled with which one.

Research and reading other reviews have led me to believe that the product works as expected
The sprayer wasn't going to be the strongest, as I knew going in, and it's not, but it sends washer fluid up to the windshield, where the new wipers take over. The old pump motor was removed and I swapped in this one after reading the reviews about the gasket. No leaks have occurred since I replaced it. you want to replace your original pump with this one, you need the wire harness since you only have two pigtails to connect. On the opposite end is the adapter that plugs into your original plug. This one fits my 2002 Jeep TJ perfectly. In the end, it was cheaper than the $91 they wanted for the actual Jeep windshield washer pump, but since I got it and it didn't work, I'm not sure how significant a difference it would make. I hope this was helpful for you.

The 2005 Jeep TJ grommet had to be reused since it was on the previous Jeep
The pump I installed on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler has a single pump. A few months ago, I purchased a replacement from another online source and it came with a new reservoir, but that pump failed just after a couple months. Therefore, I went on the hunt for the pump alone, not needing to find the reservoir. As far as I can tell, it has been a good buy for me. Despite the ease of the installation, the rubber grommet included in the package did not fit and leaking was a problem. On the other hand, the one that was installed on the burned out pump fitted well and made the new pump seal completely airtight. It has been several days now and I still don't have any Thus far, I've been quite happy with it, and if anything changes, I'll be sure to update this post.

I find this pump to be very effective. The replacement parts are easy to find. It is as simple as swapping the wires if the wires are on the wrong terminals. You will not find instructions in the package. Almost all automotive replacement parts fail after a short period of time. Call a friend or check YouTube for help if you need it. You can probably find a video on how to replace the Jeep windshield washer pump online. I would say that it can be done fast and dirty without taking the washer tank out, or it can be done cleaner and neater with the washer tank out. What you do depends on It is only three bolts to remove the tank, and you can clean it.

It is not possible to operate the pump
There was no trouble installing it and it worked We gave it 3 stars because it seems weak. It barely brought fluid to the windows in the first few weeks, but now even that is not happening anymore. There were no clogs in the hoses or nozzles after I replaced all of them. Disconnect the hose at the fitting a foot from where the pump is located and the fluid simply runs out when the pump is It leaves me disappointed.

what it is supposed to
On a 98 XJ, I replaced a totally shot pump. I was even able to use the wire plug without having to splice it perfect fit. It's just a matter of unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. There was no need to remove the old rubber washer. The old pump (friction fit) was simply pulled out and the new one installed. I used silicone grease to help with the insertion and seal of the device.

Exactly what I need! My 2003 TJ had a broken one, so I replaced it
I replaced it directly and it worked very well. If the old one is still in the reservoir, be careful when you remove it. As it's easy to bend the plastic, I found that the new one leaked around the reservoir hole when I installed it. To seal the gasket, I had to add some gasket sealer. The problem has been resolved.

If a plug was firmly attached to the body, the wiring could be better
I received it quickly from the The kit was installed the same day on my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited after my old one got gummed up from mixing rain and mud with it. You can use other wiper fluids that are cheaper. Less than 5 minutes were required to install the program. My "O" ring was too small and didn't fit in my tank, so I kept my old one untouched, and the pump does not leak. There could have been a way to improve the wiring by simply installing a plug DIRECTLY on the body, but I anticipate that Mopar will sue them for patent infringement. I have not had any problems with the pump for the last two months!.
