I ordered this Slip Yoke Eliminator and it was exactly what I expected. Upon installation of the transfer case using a very detailed instruction book, it worked perfectly. NP231 transfer cases suffer from an oil pump separation problem which can be destroyed if incorrect instructions are followed, as well as any other problems that the installer needs to know about. This set of instructions made sure that the installer was aware of this problem as well as any other glitches. During the installation, it warns the installer that it may be necessary to trim the shift rail in the transfer case in order to properly attach Even though on my 1993 Jeep YJ with the stock NP231 case I didn't have to do this. My experience with this kit is more than satisfactory and I am glad I spent a little more on an excellent.

I'm glad to hear that. The driveshaft on this is a Rough Country drive shaft. I don't feel any vibes at all after using this.

The installation is very easy.
It's been working great in my 95 Jeep XJ (Cherokee) for a few thousand miles and weekly off-road trips. It's easy to follow the directions and easy to install. I would suggest that if you buy this you get a new chain, pump, and filter at the same time. You might as well get these things done while you're at it.
