Is this something that goes on a metal ?

It attaches via the central rod to the throttle body in order to hold the air filter. A 600 Holley is bolted to the cylinder head.

These were bought for the undersides of my scoops. To line up the holes, I had to trim one up a bit. Adapting the product to my needs was not the product's fault. There is no dual carb scoop spacer, so I had to make my own. Overall, I got the look I wanted.
